NXT Stand & Deliver Results 2023 – The NXT Stand & Deliver Kickoff pre-show opens live from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California as Peter Rosenberg welcomes us. He’s joined on the stage by Busted Open’s David LaGreca. We see Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams arriving earlier today. We also see NXT Champion Bron Breakker arriving to the arena. Rosenberg and LaGreca go over today’s card. The Schism vs. Tyler Bate and Chase U will take place on the Kickoff. We go to a promo for Grayson Waller vs. Johnny Gargano in the Unsanctioned Match.
Rosenberg predicts Gargano to win, while Dave goes with Waller. We get a look at some of the Women’s Ladder Match participants, including Zoey Stark and Tiffany Stratton. We see Gallus, The Creed Brothers, and Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo out & about in Los Angeles to prepare for the Triple Threat. The Ringer’s David Shoemaker and Kazeem Famuyide join Rosenberg. Kazeem predicts The Creeds to win, while Shoemaker goes with Tony and Stacks. Rosenberg also goes with The Family. Back from the break and we see NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez out in Los Angeles hyping herself up earlier. We see Perez handing over her title to a referee backstage now. The Ladder Match will open the main show. We get a video package on the NXT North American Title match now. Rosenberg predicts this will be the match of the night, and Lee will retain. Shoemaker goes with Dragon and Kaz also goes with Wes.
We get a video for tonight’s main event now. Kazeem goes with Carmelo Hayes but the other two go with NXT Champion Bron Breakker. The music hits and out comes WWE Hall of Famer Booker T for commentary. We go to another quick break.
The Schism (Joe Gacy, Ava, Rip Fowler, Jagger Reid) vs. Tyler Bate and Chase U (Andre Chase, Thea Hail, Duke Hudson)
We go back to the ring and Alicia Taylor does the introductions as Chase University comes out first – Tyler Bate, Andre Chase, Duke Hudson and Thea Hail. The Chase U student section is also with them, and they stop on the ramp. Out next comes The Schism – Joe Gacy, Ava, Rip Fowler, and Jagger Reid. The winners of this match will control Chase U. The Schism enters the ring and removes their masks while posing and smiling. Vic Joseph welcomes us to the show, and he’s on commentary with Booker T now.
Chase starts off with Fowler and he unloads. Reid comes in but Bate unloads on him. Chase and Duke argue over the tag with Bate now, but Hail runs in and starts screaming. Ava comes in to make her debut as fans pop, but they don’t get the chance as Gacy and Chase go at it after Gacy drops Chase with a shot to the back of the head.
Gacy stomps on Chase and mocks him. Bate and Chase run wild on Gacy now. Bate with a standing moonsault for 2. Hail comes back in, so does Ava. They shove each other and lock up. Ava drops Hail. Ava with more light offense and a 2 count. Ava keeps control until Hail rocks her and nails a running corner uppercut. Hail keeps control and hits a senton, then a splash for a 1 count as Reid breaks it up.
Bate comes in to take over on Reid. Fowler comes back in and levels Bate with Reid into the top rope, then talks trash. Bate manages to get Fowler up for a big suplex. Chase an Gacy tag in now. Chase runs wild and knocks Reid off the apron, then delivers signature offense o Gacy. Chase with a flying knee to Gacy. Bate takes Duke’s tag, then double teams Gacy with Chase. The Dyad ends up taking Bate out, then double teaming Chase. Duke is frustrated butt finally comes in to help for a pop.
Duke runs wild on Reid and Fowler. Hail comes in with offense but Ava wants none of her. Hail with a corner moonsault to Fowler for a pop. Bate rocks Gacy but can’t hit the Tyler Driver 97. Duke ends up hitting Bate with a big boot when Gacy moves out of the way. Gacy looks at Duke, and Duke goes to the floor. Gacy with the springboard lariat to Bate for 2 as Chase runs in to break it up. Gacy fights Chase off, then The Dyad comes in for the double team Codebreaker. The Schism stands tall now. Ava with a sloppy slam to Hail. Gacy faces off with Duke now and offers him a Schism t-shirt. Duke is conflicted, but he removes the Chase U shirt to boos, then puts on the Schism shirt. Chase and Bate can’t believe it. Fans boo and chant “you sold out!” now.
Duke is behind The Schism now as he rips the shirt off, then Chase U unloads on The Schism. The Chase U members stomp away on their opponents as fans chant “C-H-A-S-E-U!” now. Bate and Hail with big dives to Gacy and Ava. Duke with a Flatliner to Reid for the pin to win in the middle of the ring.
Winners: Chase U
After the match, Chase U stands tall as the music hits and fans cheer them on. Duke has saved Chase U from losing control to The Schism.
– Back from the break and we get a Gigi Dolin promo for the opener. Denise Salcedo joins Rosenberg in the crowd now. They talk about tonight’s opener. The music hits and out comes Zoey Stark for the opener.

Ladder Match for the NXT Women’s Title
Zoey Stark vs. Gigi Dolin vs. Lyra Valkyria vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Indi Hartwell vs. Roxanne Perez (c)
They look at the belt and Lyra and Indi go for ladders and collide into each other on the floor. Gigi with punches to Zoey while Tiffany kicks Roxanne. Zoey with a drop kick to GIgi and she misses a clothesline on Roxanne. Perez with a satellite head scissors that sends Zoey into Tiffany. Perez punches Lyra and then she ducks down and Zoey goes over the top rope onto Indi. Perez with a suicide dive onto Indi when Zoey moves. Roxanne gets a ladder but Tiffany with a baseball slide into the ladder and Perez is down. Gigi with a clothesline to Zoey followed by a round kick to Tiffany. Gigi goes to the floor to grab a ladder. Tiffany punches Zoey and Zoey with a baseball slide into the ladder to knock Gigi down. Zoey with a belly-to-back suplex attempt to Zoey but Tiffany lands on her feet. Tiffany with a head scissors and Zoey lands on her feet. Indi with a double clothesline and she goes for a ladder. Indi pulls up the ladder to avoid Zoey and Tiffany but Lyra with a drop kick into the ladder.
Perez and Lyra play tug of war with the ladder and Lyra traps Perez in the corner and hits a Yakuza kick. Lyra with an axe kick to Gigi and a suplex onto the ladder. That frees Perez from the corner. Indi hits Zoey with the ladder and backs her into the guardrails. Tiffany sets up a larger ladder against the apron and she sends Indi into the ladder. Zoey wtih a blockbuster off the apron. Lyra sets up the ladder in the ring and she is the first to climb but Zoey stops her and pulls her to the mat. Zoey with a punch and she sends Lyra into the ladder. Zoey with an Irish whip and a monkey flip but Lyra lands on her feet. Lyra and Tiffany climb the ladder and they exchange forearms. Lyra pulls Tiffany’s shoulder into the ladder but Zoey knocks Lyra off the ladder. Indi with a kicck to Zoey and another boot to send Zoey to the floor. Indi moves the ladder to the center of the ring.
Tiffany climbs the ladder and Perez with a waist locck and elbows to Indi. Perez stops Tiffany and Indi knocks them off the ladder. Indi climbs the ladder slowly and Gigi hits Indi with a ladder to stop her and then Gigi drops Indi into the frame of the ladder. Gigi puts one ladder in the corner and then she goes with the Terry Funk helicopter to everyone. Gigi with a back body drop to Lyra into the ladder and then she puts Lyra in the tree of woe on the ladder. Zoey with a super kick and she goes for a cross body on Gigi but Gigi moves and Zoey hits a cross body on Lyra oon the ladder but Zoey holds her knee.
Gigi gets the big ladder and sets it up. Tiffany stops Gigi from climbing the ladder and Tiffany with a Finlay Roll onto the ladder. Tiffany blocks a side Russian leg sweep by Perez on to the chair. Tiffany tries to throw a ladder at Perez in the corner and Perez climbs the ladder. Tiffany follows and they both go to the mat. Tiffany with a back elbow against the ladder and Tiffany is the only one in the ring and she climbs the ladder. Indi stops Tiffany and Indi with a spinebuster onto the ladder. Indi climbs the ladder but Zoey stops her. Zoey with a super kick and then she jabs a ladder into Indi’s midsection. Indi puts the ladder in the larger ladder so it is wedged in the corner. Zoey with a hesitation senton onto the ladder. Zoey with the 360 knee to Indi.
Zoey climbs the ladder and she has her hand on the belt but Perez stops Zoey. Zoey kicks Perez away and then Perez holds on to the ankle and pulls oey off. Perez with forearms and Zoey with a back elbow. Perez blocks the 360 knee and Perez with Pop Rox. Perez with a back heel kick but Tiffany escapes Pop Rox. Perez sends Tiffany over the top rope to the floor. Perez climbs the ladder and she has the belt in her hands but Gigi stops her. Gigi blocks a rana and Gigi swings Perez’s head into the ladder many times. GIgi with a crucifix bomb on Perez. Lyra stops Gigi on the ladder and Gigi with punches to Lyra and Lyra is sent to the apron. Lyra sends Gigi into teh turnbuckels and then Lyra drop kicks Zoey off the apron onto Indi on a ladder.
Lyra has the belt in her hands and Gigi stops Lyra. GIgi hangs Lyra by her feet on the ladder and slams her head into the ladder. Gigi and Lyra climb the ladder and they exchange forearms. Gigi sends Lyra off the top of the ladder. Gigi is stopped by Jacy Jayne who knocks Gigi off with a forearm and she lands on the ladder hanging on the turnbuckles
Jacy is asked to leave the ring and she skips up the aisle.
Stratton sets the ladder up under the belt and begins climbing but is knocked out over the top and takes out Valkyria, Perez and Stark on the floor.
She barely caught them and basically flipped and flat-backed from the top of the ladder down. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Back in the ring, Hartwell is left alone and she sets the ladder up. She begins climbing but slips and slides down the rungs.
She slowly begins climbing again but once more slips and slides down. Dexter Lumis appears to a thunderous reaction at ringside. He rolls in the ring and helps his former InDex member up the ladder, putting her on his shoulders and climbing for her. She un-hooks the belt and wins as the crowd goes nuts.
Winner and NEW NXT Women’s Champion: Indi Hartwell
After the match, the music hits as Lumis climbs up with Indi. We go to replays as the other competitors look up from the floor. Lumis blows a kiss to Indi as she sits up high with the title.
Triple Threat for the NXT Tag Team Titles
The Creed Brothers vs. Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo vs. Gallus (c)
Mark with a forearm to Tony and then to Julius. Wolfgang tags in and he punches Julius but Brutus tags in. Brutus punches Tony and Lorenzo punches Brutus and Julius tags in and Stacks gets a near fall. Julius and Stacks drop kick Wolfgang out of the ring. Julius with a dead lift into a slam on Lorenzzo. Tony with kicks and punches to Brutus followed by a suplex. Tony with a suplex to Julius and then Tony hip tosses Lorenzo into Brutus. Tony gets Julius up and Lorenzo with a running neck breaker. Julius and Brutus with moonsaults off the apron onto everyone. Julius with forearms to Wolfgang and then they hit a spike butterfly power bomb.
Brutus with chops to Tony and Mark. Brutus with a gutwrench suplex to Tony and then he sends Mark to the mat. Brutus goes up top and leaps over Tony. Mark with a forearm to Brutus and Wolfgang tags in and hits a back senton off the turnbuckles. Mark and Wolfgang with a double choke slam. Wolfgang slams Tony and gets a near fall. Tony wtih punches and Wolfgang with uppercuts. They exchange punches. Brutus avoids them and tags in Julius. Julius with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex to Wolfgang and Mark and Tony and then he gives them some more. Julius with a waist lock on Tony but Tony with a back elbow and Lorenzo with clotheslines. Lorenzo with a springboard forearm to Julius and kicks to Wolfgang and Mark. Lorenzo sends Brutus into the ring steps. Lorenzo with a cross body to Julius for a near fall.
Lorenzo is sent to the apron and Mark gets Lorenzo on his shoulders. Julius slides under and gets both men on his shoulders. Brutus with a cannonball off the turnbuckles and then Julius with an Electric Chair drop on the floor. Wolfgang runs Brutus into the ring post. Julius picks up Stacks and brings him into the ring. Tony with a fisherman’s buster and Lorenzo goes up top and htis a splash for a near fall. Tony with a uranage to Mark and he puts Lorenzo on top for the cover but Wolfgang pushes Tony onto the cover. Tony with a clothesline to Wolfgang and they hit Bada Bing Bada Boom on Mark. Joe pulls him off and then Tony takes a discus clothesline. Lorenzo is sent back into the ring and they hit a running knee and TKO combination for the three count.

– Back from a break and we see Johnny Gargano backstage in thought.
Backstage:
Pretty Deadly talk about Indi Hartwell winning the Women’s Title. They have trouble saying that Gallus retained the tag titles. They are outside Bron’s locker room and they are about to interview him. Kit asks Elton to knock on the door and Elton tells Kit to do it. Kit says he doesn’t want to do it. Elton says he doesn’t want to talk to Bron while he is in the Zone, so they send it back to Booker and Vic.
Fatal 5 Way for the NXT North American Title
Dragon Lee vs. Ilja Dragunov vs. JD McDonagh vs. Axiom vs. Wes Lee (c)
Wes surveys his four opponents standing in the corner and he lets them go. Dragon slaps JD and then Axiom sends JD to the floor. Dragon sends Ilja to the floor. Wes wants Axiom and Dragon to go at it and Wes avoids kicks from both men. Wes sends Dragon into the corner and Axiom kicks Dragon to the floor. Axiom and Wes with flying arm drags. Ilja chops Axiom while JD kicks Wes to the floor. Ilja finishes his Kobashi sequence. JD and Ilja remain in the ring and Dragon hits JD from behind. JD with an Irish whip and Dragon with a boot. Dragon with a running kick into the corner and a slingshot kick in the corner. Ilja kicks Dragon. Dragon with an Irish whip to Ilja and a drop kick in the corner. Dragon with forearms to Ilja and a running drop kick to JD and then Ilja. Dragon avoids Axiom off the turnbuckles.
Axiom goes for a leap frog and Dragon with a drop kick. Dragon with a fli dive onto Wes and Axiom. Wes avoids a kick and he squares off with Dragon. Wes with an Irish whip but Dragon sends Wes to the apron. Wes with a sliingshot snap mare and another snap mare followed by a drop kick to teh back of Dragon’s head. Ilja with a German suplex to Wes but Wes lands on his feet and he tells Ilja to bring it. Wes with a head scissors that sends Ilja into the corner. Wes with a runniing knee in the corner. Wes goes for a flip dive to the floor but JD moves but Wes lands on his feet.
Wes sends JD back into the ring. Axiom with a shoulder and he goes up top but Wes knocks Axiom off the turnbuckles with an uppercut. JD with a snap mare to Wes and Dragon with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. JD with a back elbow to Dragon and then JD kicks Ilja to the floor. Axiom with a sleeper but JD with a snap mare. Axiom with an elbow to JD. JD with a shoulder to Axiom and a forearm to Wes. Wes with a hard Irish whip to JD. JD kicks Ilja from the apron. JD avoids Axiom on a baseball slide and hits an Asai moonsault. JD with a senton to Wes and Spanish Fly to Dragon. JD with Devil Inside to Wes and Ilja stops the referee’s count.
Ilja yells at JD and they go head to head. Ilja backs off and then Axiom, Dragon, and Ilja hit a triple drop kick. Ilja with a German suplex to JD. JD falls to the floor and Ilja stands in the center of the ring. Ilja with a chop to Wes and a kick to Dragon. Axiom with a kick but Ilja with a kick to Axiom. Ilja with a German suplex on Dragon and then Wes. Axiom with a waist lock and Ilja with an elbow. Ilja with Konstantin Special. Ilja with knees to Dragon and Wes. Axiom goes up top for a moonsault onto JD and Ilja on the floor. Dragon goes up top and Wes with a kick to the head. Axiom stops Wes and Dragon on the turnbuckles. Wes knocks Axiom to the mat. Wes and Dragon exchange forearms on the turnbuckles. Dragon with a double stomp off the turnbuckles onto Wes hanging on the ropes. They fall to the floor. JD with a chop to Axiom and a side head lock. Axiom with a head scissors to Ilja and JD catches him. Axiom with a kick to JD and that turns into a DDT on Ilja. Axiom with a double head scissors. Axiom with an ankle lock on Ilja but JD with a kick. JD with Kawada kicks. Axiom with a jumping thrust kick on JD and Axiom with a hammer lock on one arm and he stretches Ilja. Ilja with a choke on JD and Axiom with a Fujiwara arm bar on JD.
Dragon with a rear naked choke on JD and Ilja power bombs Axiom onto them. Wes with a Spiral Tap onto everyone to break up the cover. Wes goes for the flip kick but Axiom with Golden Radiot. Dragon with a German suplex and clothesline to JD. Ilja with knees to Dragon. Ija with a uranage for a near fall. Wes with a back flip stomp on Ilja for a near fall. Dragon blocks a rana from Wes and hits a sit out power bomb for a near fall. JD with a uranage of Axiom onto Dragon and JD follows with a moonsault for a near fall. Axiom with a springboard DDT for a near fall on JD.
JD slaps Axiom on the apron and Axiom kicks JD. Dragon with a head scissors over the top rope to send JD into Wes on the floor. Ilja superpelxes Axiom back into the ring and Ilja with a flying forearm for a near fall when Dragon and Wes break up the cover. Ilja with forearms to Wes and Dragon but they chop back. Wes with a kick to Ilja and then Dragon kicks Ilja. Ilja kicks back. Dragon with a thrust kick to Ilja but Ulka with a chop to Dragon and a kick to Wes. Dragon with a knee to Ilja but Ilja with a clothesline to Dragon. Wes with a Cardiac Kick to Ilja when Ilja tried for Torpedo Moscow on Dragon and Wes gets the three count.
Winner: Wes Lee
After the match, Lee stands tall as the music hits and fans cheer. We go to replays. Lee raises the title in the air as the others look on and try to recover.
Backstage:
We see Pretty Deadly at Carmelo Hayes’ locker room door. Elton says they are here for a scoop from the challenger. Kit says they are going to get some behind the scenes news but Elton reminds Kit about what happened the last time they saw Carmelo. They talk about the proper knock but Trick Williams comes out and yells at Kit and Elton. Trick says Hollywood, LA, and Bron Breakker are not ready for what Carmelo is going to do. Today, the world knows why Carmelo Hayes is HIM.

Unsanctioned Match
Johnny Gargano vs. Grayson Waller
As soon as the referee starts the match, Gargano hits Waller with a chair and then hits a suicide dive out of nowhere. He sends Waller over the announce table. Waller hits Gargano in the thigh and kicks him. Waller moves towards Vic and Johnny with a cross body. Johnny with punches and he hits Waller with a monitor.
Johnny gets a trash can and throws it in the ring. He does the same with a kendo stick. Gargano with a sliingshot spear and punches to Waller. Gargano hits Waller in the back with the trash can. Gargano puts the trash can in the cocrner and Waller hits Gargano. Gargano clotheslines Waller over the top rope. Gargano sets for a suicide dive and he leaps into a trash can lid. Waller gets a chair and jams it into the chest.
Waller sets up chairs on the floor. Waller gets Gargano on the apron and Waller gets Johnny on his shoulders. Johnny escapes and he punches Waller but Waller holds on to the ropes. Waller goes for the slingshot cutter but Gargano blocks it. Waller with a buckle bomb into the trash can in the corner.
Waller goes for the power bomb onto the chairs but Johnny blocks it. Johnny is sent to the apron and he connects with a shoudler. Gargano suplexes Waller onto the chairs on the floor. Johnny sends Waller back into the ring. Johnny sees a table under the ring and the crowd goes crazy for its presence. Johnny sets up the table and then he tries to suplex Waller through it. Gargano goes for a slingshot suplex and Waller with a nasty running knee to the head.
Waller tunes up the band for Sweet Chin Music and Gargano blocks it. Johnny with a forearm and Waller with a jumping knee. Gargano with an enzuigiri. Waller with a forearm that sends Johnny to the floor. Waller slides to the floor for a punch but Gargano hits the hand with a chair. Gargano with a DDT on the floor and then he puts Waller on the table. Johnny limps back onto the apron and then he goes up top but Waller gets off the table and he leaps over the table and hits a rolling cutter. Waller with a power bomb through the table. Waller gets a near fall. Waller drives the top fo the chair into the midsection. Waller with punches and then he hits a double sledge to the back. Johnny with forearmsWaller with a side slam through a chair for a near fall.
Waller grabs the kendo stick and hits Johnny in the back with it. Johnny goes to the floor and Waller hits Johnny with the kendo stick and then he has something to say to Candice. Waller punches Johnny in front of his wife and son. Waller misses with a chair and hits the ring steps. Johnny with kendo stick shots to Waller. Candice passes off Quill and she goes over the guardrails and hits Waller with the kendo stick. Waller grabs the kendo sticck but Johnny gets another one and hits Waller in the back with it. Gargano with One Final Beat for a near fall. Gargano with the GargaNo Escape but Waller with a thumb to the eyes. Waller goes for the knees and hits a flip Unprettier.
Waller gets a trash can from under the ring. Waller puts the trash can on top of Johnny and then Waller goes to the turnbuckles for a coast to coast springboard drop kick and he hits it for a near fall. Waller sends Johnny to the floor. Waller adjusts the announce table and he puts Johnny on it. Waller puts a broken chair on top of Johnny and Waller goes up top. Johnny throws the chair at Waller to knock him off the turnbuckles. Johnny power bombs Waller through the table. Waller with a low blow to Johnny and then he hits the leaping rolling cutter for a near fall. Waller puts his foot on Johnny’s head and hits him with the chair many times.
Grayson Waller grabs a lifeless Gargano and yells in his face about being NXT and how he’s not on his level. Gargano blasts him with a low blow, picks up the chair and starts wearing him out with it. He goes and grabs another one and bashes him with it as well. Now we see Gargano put Waller’s head through the chair. He picks up the other chair and blasts it with it. He then puts his submission finisher on Waller for the victory.
Winner: Johnny Gargano
After the match, the music hits as LeRae joins Gargano in the ring to celebrate. We go to replays. LeRae and Gargano are on the stage posing now when they’re surprised by Dexter Lumis and new NXT Women’s Champion Indi Hartwell. The group reunites and continues celebrating as fans cheer them on.
Backstage:
We shoot backstage and see Tony D’Angelo and Stacks talking about coming up short. In comes Pretty Deadly to ask them, in a very non-sensitive fashion to say the least, how it feels to have their dreams of winning the tag titles come crashing down. Stacks tries to blame himself for the loss but D’Angelo insists it was not. Pretty Deadly make another insult and offend the two and this leads to a pull apart between all four men that a bunch of officials break up.
NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles Match
Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre vs. Fallon Henley and Kiana James (c)
Alba with a swanton off the turnbukles that misses Fallon but takes out Kiana.
The match starts and Fallon with a bulldog to Dawn for a near fall. Fallon with a front face lock. Alba tags in and she trips Fallon and then Isla glares at her. Alba with a punch. Fyre with a knee drop to the back of the head for a near fall. Isla tags in and she applies a tarantula and Alba with a kick. Isla gets a near fall. Isla with a front face lock. Fallon blocks a suplex attempt and Alba tags in and goes for a sunset flip but Fallon stays on her feet so Isla kicks Fallon and Alba gets a near fall. Alba with a running shoulder in the corner.
Alba runs into a boot and then Alba with a head butt and both of them fall to the mat. Kiana makes the tag and she takes out Alba and Isla with forearms. Kiana with kicks to Isla in the corner and Alba stops Kiana’s back flips. Kiana runs Alba into the corner and sends Isla to the floor. James with a moonsault off the apron onto both women. Kiana goes up top and she flips over Alba. Kiana with a belly-to-back suplex for a near fall. Kiana with an Irish whp and Alba with a kick. Kiana with a spinebuster for a near fall. Fallon tags in and she blocks a thrust kick. Fallon with punches and a face plant. Fallon with a waist lock but Alba with a back elbow. Isla grabs Fallon when Alba distracts the referee. Alba chokes Fallon in the corner.
Dawn tags in and she connects with forearms. Alba tags in and Fallon pushes Isla into the ropes and Alba falls to the floor. Fallon with a blockbuster for a near fall. Dawn knocks Kiana off the apron. Alba tags in and Dawn punches Fallon. Alba and Dawn hit a Gory Bomb and DDT combination for a near fall. Isla sends Kiana to the floor. Alba puts Fallon on the turnbuckles. Kiana pulls Dawn to the floor and Kiana tags in and she gets Alba up. Fallon with a missile drop kick while Fallon hits a power bomb but Dawn breaks up the cover. Kiana gets Alba up but Alba rakes the eyes and Fyre with a gourdbuster. Dawn tags in and hits a double knee drop. Alba and Dawn with thrust kicks and they get a near fall.
Kiana with a kick and she asks Brooks for her bag. Josh and Fallon tell her not to do it. Dawn with a kick to Kiana and Fyre takes care of Fallon. Dawn with a lungblower and Fyre with a swanton for the three ccount.
Winners and New NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions: Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn
After the match, Dawn and Fyre stand tall as the music hits and we go to replays. There’s more tension between James, Jensen, Briggs and Henley at ringside as they regroup. Fyre and Dawn hit the corners to pose with the titles.
– We are told that Pretty Deadly will face Tony D’Angelo and Stacks. Dijak faces Odyssey Jones on Tuesday night.
NXT Title Match
Carmelo Hayes vs. Bron Breakker (c)
We see the lights go out and a spotlight shines on the entrance stage. Trick Williams appears and hypes up the crowd as the theme for Carmelo Hayes plays. The challenger emerges and heads down to the ring for our main event.
The camera focuses on a dog inside a “Beware of Dog” dog-house as a graphic that reads, “I got that dog in me” appears. Bron Breakker comes out barking as his theme hits. The NXT Champion heads to the ring for what is the youngest WrestleMania Weekend main event of all-time.
They lock up and Bron backs Hayes into the corner but Hayes gets out of the way. They lock up and Hayes with a waist lock but Bron escapes. Bron with a waist lock and he sends Hayes to the mat. Bron backs Hayes to the turnbuckles and he barks at Hayes. Hayes goes to the apron and wants Bron backed up. Bron slingshots Hayes back into the ring. Hayes with a drop kick. Hayes with a side head lock and Bron with a shoulder tackle. Bron misses a clothesline and Hayes slips in the ropes on a springboard move attempt. Bron moves when Hayes tries it and he mocks Hayes. Bron with a Frankensteiner and a Gator roll into a suplex. Bron gets a near fall after a moonsault. Bron with a front face lock. Bron with a suplex.
Hayes with a drop toe hold that sends Bron into the turnbuckles. Hayes with kicks. Hayes continues to kick Bron. Bron misses a clothesline and Hayes with a springboard clothesline for a near fall. Hayes with an arm bar. Bron with a rollup for a near fall. Hayes with an Irish whip and a chop into the corner. Hayes works on the shoulder. Bron with an Irish whip but he misses a chop and Hayes with a chop. Bron chops back. Hayes with a kick. Bron with an Irish whip and hip toss followed by a shoulder tackle. Bron with a side slam for a near fall. Bron with an arm bar. Bron with a forearm to the lower back. Bron with another forearm to the back. Bron with a third forearm to the lower back. Bron with a belly-to-back suplex for a near fall.
Bron tries for another belly-to-back suplex but Hayes holds on to the ropes. Bron gets Hayes in a Torture Rack and Trick pulls Hayes to the apron. The referee sends Williams to the back. Hayes says something to Trick and Bron with a flip dive onto both men. Bron goes up top and hits a bulldog for a near fall. Bron with a punch and he goes for a suplex but Hayes blocks it. Hayes with a satellite DDT and a cutter for a near fall. Hayes goes to the turnbuckles but Bron moves and Hayes rolls through. Hayes with a bicycle kick. Hayes with a slingshot suplex in the ropes for a near fall. Hayes goes up top again and Bron leaps to the turnbuckles and hits a Frankensteiner. Both men are down. They get back to their feet and Hayes with a punch. Bron punches back. They continue the exchange. The exchange continues until Hayes connects with a round kick. Hayes goes for an arm bar but Breakker goes for a Steiner Recliner. Bron with a side slam but Hayes with a cross face.
Bron gets a near fall. Bron with a spear and the referee was moving behind the spear and he goes down.
Bron applies the Steiner Recliner and Hayes taps out but there is no conscious referee in the ring. Trick hits Bron in the back with the title belt and he puts Hayes on top of Bron but he can only get a near fall when Bron kicks out. Bron catches Hayes on a springboard move but Hayes counters into a Codebreaker. Hayes goes up top and hits Nothing But Net for the three ccount.
Winner and NEW NXT Champion: Carmelo Hayes
After the match, Hayes and Trick celebrate as the music hits. We go to replays. We come back and Bron takes the title from the referee. Bron approaches Hayes and offers his fist for a pound. Hayes grabs the fist in a show of respect, then Bron hands him the title. Bron applauds Hayes and raises his arm in victory as Hayes raises the title and Trick looks on. Bron walks away as Hayes and Trick continue their celebration. Hayes poses in the corner and looks at the title as a “Melo!” chant breaks out. Hayes goes from corner to corner with the title in the air as NXT Stand & Deliver goes off the air.
