After being teased in past weeks, during a vignette on tonight’s episode of WWE Raw, Finn Balor confirmed who would be representing him in his big match against Edge.
While he cut a spooky promo directly to the camera which offered flashes of his Demon persona. Balor teased that there’s nothing more dangerous that a caged demon, and he stated that his demons are always there. Flashes of “The Demon” appeared on the screen, as Balor seemingly morphed into the persona for actions of a second.
WWE then confirmed the return of “The Demon” with an updated graphic for the Hell in a Cell match, which showed the persona and listed Balor as “The Demon” Finn Balor.
Fans have not seen “Demon Balor” since WWE Extreme Rules 2021, where he unsuccessfully challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed Championship.
WrestleMania 39 will host a Hell in a Cell battle between Edge and ‘The Demon’ Finn Balor.
