As seen below, AEW has announced that “we’ll hear from” Ricky Starks on tonight’s show.
The 33-year-old is coming off a victory over Chris Jericho at AEW Revolution on Sunday. It was his second straight win over Jericho after also defeating him on the January 4 Dynamite from Seattle.
Starks is 8-2 on the year with his only losses having been in a tag match with Action Andretti against Jericho and Sammy Guevara on January 25 and to Daniel Garcia on February 8 in a gauntlet match after he first defeated Matt Menard and Angelo Parker. Starks would later defeat Garcia in a singles match on the Slam Dunk Rampage episode taped February 15.
Tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite takes place from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California. As of this writing, five matches and two segments are advertised for the show.
