As noted, AEW President Tony Khan is planning to make an “important announcement” on tonight’s Dynamite, but there’s no word yet on if he will be announcing the reality show.
However, a new report from Fightful Select notes that the reality show announcement is happening sooner than later.
AEW began working on the reality show late last year at the Dynamite in Baltimore. AEW talents were given the option to participate in filming or not. The format of the show has not been revealed as of this writing, but the reality show filmed last year will include a look at some behind-the-scenes situations in the company.
AEW recently filed to trademark the name “AEW Collision” for a new show, but it remains to be seen if that will be used for the reality series.
