Big Texas Deathmatch Announced For AEW Revolution

The card for AEW Revolution is beginning to shape up.

First, the AEW World Tag Team Championships are set to be defended in a four way match. The Gunns will make their first defense against The Acclaimed, along with two other teams that will be determined in the coming weeks. On the February 22 episode of Dynamite, one of those teams will be decided in a traditional battle royale match. Furthermore, a separate Casino Battle Royale will be held on the February 29 episode of Dynamite to determine the final team.

Also, Jon Moxley and ‘Hangman’ Adam Page will clash once again, this time in a Texas Deathmatch. Moxley laid out the challenge to Page after Evil Uno got in Moxley’s face on the February 15 episode of Dynamite. Currently, Moxley holds two wins over Page, while Page holds just one victory over Moxley.

Furthermore, Samoa Joe and Wardlow will also clash once again in a TNT Championship match. Wardlow returned to AEW back on the February 1 edition of Dynamite, as he confronted Samoa Joe after he had regained the TNT Championship from Darby Allin in a No Holds Barred match. This will be Joe and Wardlow’s second one on one clash.
