The film “Knock at the Cabin,” starring Dave Bautista, premiered in the United States over the weekend and is off to a successful start. It surpassed Avatar 2 as the highest-grossing film of the weekend.
According to Box Office Mojo, the film grossed $14,200,000 domestically and another $7,022,000 internationally for a total of $21,222,000 worldwide.
The film also stars Jonathan Groff (Hamilton, Mindhunter), Ben Aldridge (Pennyworth, Fleabag), Nikki Amuka-Bird (Persuasion, Old), Kristen Cui, Abby Quinn (Little Women, Landline), and Rupert Grint (Servant, Harry Potter franchise).
The film was written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan.
