AEW “Suspends” HOOK – It was announced during tonight’s AEW Dynamite that FTW Champion Hook is suspended.
The suspension was announced by Tony Schiavone during a backstage segment where Stokely Hathaway (with The Firm) complained about Hook breaking his hand last week.
Hathaway said that Hook should be fired for his actions. Shortly after, Schiavone got word that Hook would be suspended pending an investigation. Obviously, this is just a storyline suspension.
The odd thing about this is that attacks happen all the time and rarely does someone get a storyline suspension but we’ll see what the plan is for Hook in the coming weeks and if this will have an impact on his title reign. Click below to watch the segment that featured the suspension announcement.
