Ricky Starks Spotted Backstage At WWE Royal Rumble – Last night WWE held their annual Royal Rumble premium live event from the Alamodome in San Antonio, an event that saw Cody Rhodes and Rhea Ripley win their Rumble matches.
As seen below, AEW star and former FTW Champion Ricky Starks was backstage to support Rhodes.
Starks and Rhodes are good friends and Starks is also friends with other wrestlers in WWE with Bayley being one example.
Starks even commented on Cody’s Rumble win on his Twitter page, noting the number of entry for “The American Nightmare.” Ricky tweeted:

On Sunday, the AEW star once again took to Twitter to comment on the leaked photo and made reference to the infamous GTV angle from WWE’s Attitude Era. Starks wrote:
Damn they brought back GTV
Starks is currently being pushed as one of the breakout stars of AEW after he beat Chris Jericho on Dynamite a few weeks ago. For those of you wondering, there has been no indication that he has any plans to leave AEW.
