As noted, NXT star Sol Ruca debuted her new insane finisher on a recent edition of NXT Level Up.
The video of her performing the move went viral online and was noticed by WWE Head of Creative Triple H, who retweeted the clip from his account:
Fightful Select reports that sources told them that WWE officials were very happy with the buzz from Ruca’s performance in the match. The report also pointed out that Dante Leon had previously used the move.
It would not be surprising if she received a push from the company to capitalize on the moment.
Over the summer, Ruca made her professional wrestling debut. As of this writing, she has competed in fewer than 20 matches. The standout has thus far mostly appeared on WWE NXT Level Up, where she has previously competed against talent like Indi Hartwell, Zoey Stark, and Elektra Lopez.
