After being away from the company for over ten months, Colt Cabana made his return to AEW on tonight’s episode of of Dynamite, as he answered Chris Jericho’s ROH World Championship open challenge.
Jericho laid out the challenge last week, citing that any former champion in Ring Of Honor could challenge him. Cabana is 2x Ring Of Honor Tag Team Champion with former AEW World Champion CM Punk, who is not expected back in AEW following the All Out controversy.
Cabana last appeared for the promotion (in the United States) on the March 8 edition of AEW Dark: Elevation. In recent months, Cabana appeared for Ring Of Honor at various pay-per-view events.
