Chelsea Green Denies Being Contacted By WWE – There has been a lot of talk about more former WWE stars returning to the company. Two of the names rumored to be coming back soon are Tegan Nox and Mia Yim and a third name, Chelsea Green, is said to be on the radar as well.
WrestleVotes and PWInsider both reported that Green, who was released in 2020, had interest from WWE because Triple H is looking to stack the women’s roster. Since her release from WWE, Green has worked for several companies including Impact Wrestling, NWA, GCW, and Ring Of Honor.
Fightful reported today that Green claimed that she was not contacted about returning to WWE and that she is still with Billy Corgan’s NWA. Additionally, Green stated that she also has indie bookings well into March 2023.
So, at the moment, it does not look like a WWE return is imminent for her. Of course, there is always the possibility that WWE has expressed interest internally and has not gotten around to calling her yet.
