WWE Interested In Bringing Back Several More Released Female Stars

Triple H is not done bringing in talent that was released under the Vince McMahon regime.

Last night on WWE SmackDown, Emma made her return and wrestled her first match in WWE in almost 5 years and Fightful Select is reporting that the company has an interest in bringing back “several” women. One of the names being talked about is Tegan Nox (Nixon Newell).

Nox was among many people released last year due to “budget cuts.” Nox was moved up to the main roster in the summer of 2021 and she wrestled a handful of matches on SmackDown but then was let go just a few months later. She has not wrestled on any independent shows since her release from WWE. Fightful was told that there were visa issues that slowed things down for her.

During her final months in the company, Nox teamed up with names like Shotzi, Aliyah, Liv Morgan, and Naomi on SmackDown and at live events. She was considered to be one of the good in-ring workers in NXT so it makes sense for WWE to express interest in bringing her back.
