Mandy Rose Not Happy With PWI Women’s 150 Ranking – Pro Wrestling Illustrated released their annual PWI 500 earlier this year, with Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns being ranked number one on the list, which always causes a lot of sane discussion online that is not toxic or tribalistic at all.
the discussion is back today, as the PWI Women’s 150 dropped today, with STARDOM star Syuri taking home the top spot, with Bianca Belair, Thunder Rosa, Becky Lynch and Jade Cargill rounding out the top 5.
The list is based on each wrestler’s kayfabe achievements between July 2021 and June 2022, with many names being pointed out as missing out on a spot in the top 10.
One name who seemingly believes she deserves better is NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose, who has reigned as the champion for almost the entire time period. However, Rose only ranked at number 21 on the list, which she took to Twitter to react to, sharing a screenshot of her ranking alongside the caption: “robbed.”
Mandy Rose has now officially held the NXT Women’s Championship for a year, with her and Toxic Attraction set to celebrate the one-year anniversary of her reign on next week’s episode of NXT.
Speaking of the PWU Women’s 150 list, Syuri took the top spot this year improving from her #7 ranking last year. Syuri has notably held the World Of STARDOM Championship since December 2021 and has defended the gold eight times over the course of her reign.
Current Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair took second place on the list. Belair won her gold from Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 38 in April, after winning an Elimination Chamber match to become the #1 contender for the title.
