Andrade’s Match Pulled From AEW Rampage – Tony Khan has announced that the match between Andrade El Idolo and Preston “10” Vance has been pulled from AEW Rampage.
The match was set to happen on the anniversary of Brodie Lee’s last match with Vance putting his mask up against Andrade’s AEW career.
There is no word right now on why the match was pulled from the show. Khan said that the plan is still to celebrate Brodie’s last match. Khan announced the following:
“Friday’s bout @Pres10Vance vs @AndradeElIdolo is off. We’ll still celebrate the anniversary of @ThisBrodieLee ‘s final match at #AEWRampage as 10 will get the shot he missed at All Out:
World Trios Championship
Death Triangle vs Dark Order
See you tonight for #AEWDynamite on TBS”
After the announcement, Andrade seemingly reacted to the news with a post on Twitter: “Respect me and I’ll respect u.“
El Idolo has recently found himself in the headlines after comments from an interview led to a social media beef breaking out between Andrade and Sammy Guevara, which you can read here.
As previously mentioned, Andrade El Idolo has been continuing to tease his departure from AEW over the past few weeks.
