AEW Battle Of The Belts III Results ** SPOILERS **

Wardlow (c) vs. Jay Lethal w/ Satnam Singh and Sonjay Dutt for the AEW TNT Championship

Lethal talks with Dutt and Singh before entering the ring to get the match underway. Dutt causes a distraction on the apron, allowing Lethal to attack Wardlow from behind. Wardlow immediately replies with a big boot to the face. Wardlow sends Lethal to the outside. Singh attempts to get involved with Wardlow on the floor.

Back in the ring, Lethal briefly takes control after pouncing on the distraction caused by Singh on the floor. Lethal fakes a knee injury, which once again allows him to get the better of the champion. Lethal sends Wardlow to the outside. Lethal takes a dive through the ropes.

Lethal works on Wardlow in the corner of the ring. The challenger focuses on the knee of Wardlow in an attempt to keep him off his feet. Wardlow responds by attempting to land a big powerbomb, but Lethal wriggles out each time. Wardlow manages to hit a big lariat. The champion delivers a powerbomb to win.

Winner: STILL AEW TNT Champion, Wardlow via pinfall

– Singh attacks Wardlow after the match. Singh stands on the throat of Wardlow as Lethal applies a figure-four leglock. Wardlow eventually breaks free and connects with a low blow to Singh. Wardlow attempts a powerbomb on Singh, but Lethal returns to stop him in his tracks. Lethal and Dutt bring a table into the ring and Singh puts Wardlow through it. Lethal then holds up the AEW TNT Championship.

Thunder Rosa (c) w/ Toni Storm vs. Jamie Hayter w/ Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. and Rebel for the AEW Women’s World Championship

Hayter attacks Rosa as she was posing with her title on the turnbuckles. Hayter begins to wear down the champion. Hayter backs Rosa into the corner with a big chop to the chest. Hayter takes Rosa down again with a shoulder tackle in the center of the ring. Rosa replies with two dropkicks to send the challenger to the outside. Rosa goes for a dive through the ropes, but Hayter lands a blow to the face above the apron.

Hayter sends Rosa into the guardrail on the outside. Rosa turns the tables and lands a DDT on the floor. Rosa went for a move from the top, but Baker distracts her. Hayter then sends Rosa crashing onto the steel steps on the outside. Hayter takes control once more as the action returns to the ring. Baker and Rebel get involved when the referee’s back is turned, as Storm goes after them.

After a brief commercial, we return to the match, with Rosa and Hayter exchanging blows in the middle of the ring. Hayter and Rosa go back and forth, trading moves. Hayter connects with a brainbuster, but Rosa kicks out of the cover. Baker and Rebel look to provide an assist once again. Storm and Baker battle on the outside. Rosa scores two nearfalls and finally locks in a third pin to win.

Winner: STILL AEW Women’s World Champion, Thunder Rosa via pinfall

Claudio Castagnoli (c) w/ Wheeler Yuta and William Regal vs. Konosuke Takeshita for the ROH World Championship

Regal joins the commentary team. The Code of Honor is observed. Takeshita comes out at full speed as he immediately attempts to get the better of the champion. Castagnoli manages to take Takeshita down on the mat. Takeshita eventually escapes with some neat work on the mat, but Castagnoli responds by delivering a huge monkey flip. Takeshita and Castagnoli trade holds in the center of the ring.

Takeshita delivers a flurry of moves to send the champion to the outside. Takeshita looked to leap over the ropes, but landed on his feet as Castagnoli moved out of the way. Castagnoli immediately took advantage and gained control as the match returned to the ring. Castagnoli locks in a submission, stretching the left shoulder and back of Takeshita before turning it into the dragon sleeper.

Takeshita eventually replied by lifting Castagnoli above his head to deliver a suplex in the center of the ring. Castagnoli goes back to work on Takeshita’s back. Takeshita attempted to fight back, but the champion continued to find answers. Takeshita began to build momentum and landed a dive over the ropes to take Castagnoli out on the floor. Castagnoli regained control as the action returned to the ring. Castagnoli swings Takeshita to the delight of the fans in attendance.

Takeshita fights back again to deliver a powerbomb variation in the center of the canvas. Takeshita delivers a turnbuckle DDT and follows it up with a frog splash, but the champion kicks out of the subsequent cover. Castagnoli lands a big lariat and Takeshita responds with his own. Takeshita connects with a knee strike and brainbuster, but the champion kicks out of the pin at the last moment. Takeshita goes for a powerbomb but feels his lower back. Takeshita scores another nearfall after reversing a Ricola Bomb. Castagnoli connects with a series of moves before hammering elbows down on Takeshita. Castagnoli then lands a Ricola Bomb to win.

Winner: STILL ROH World Champion, Claudio Castagnoli via pinfall
