As WWE ushers in a new era with Stephanie McMahon, Nick Khan and Paul “Triple H” Levesque at the helm, Vince McMcMahon’s name has been removed from the backstage area at shows.
PWInsider reports that what was previously referred to as “Vince’s Office” is now being called the “CEO OFFICE” and there was a second office set up backstage for Triple H. All of the old signs that had Vince’s name were no longer posted backstage.
If you watched tonight’s WWE SummerSlam, then you definitely would have noticed Triple H’s fingerprints all over the show. Dakota Kai and Io Shirai returned after the first match and there were other signs during the show that Vince was no longer in charge.
While Kevin Dunn is still with the company, it was noticeable that they have cut down on the rapid camera zooming and camera cuts that many fans have complained about. In addition, they removed the LED boards from the ring apron and the ring posts.
If you are a fan who wasn’t a fan of Vince McMahon’s version of the product, now may be the time to give WWE another chance.
