WWE has announced that Ronda Rousey will be on SmackDown to address last Saturday’s MITB cash-in by new SmackDown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan.
WWE has also announced that Morgan is scheduled to open tonight’s show.

As noted in our “Spoilers For 7/8 WWE SmackDown Matches And Segments” post, apparently Liv Morgan will not open the show, but she will just “kick off her title reign“.
The Rousey vs. Morgan rematch is rumored for WWE SummerSlam, but that match has not been confirmed.
