While we are still waiting an official statement about Sasha Banks’ WWE release, there is even more confirmation that Sasha Banks is gone from the company, and it appears that the release happened quietly a while back.
Reddit insider kerrmit125, who has broken many big stories this year, posted today and said that her release happened “some weeks ago.” As noted, there were reports this week that her legal team was involved to get her release granted.
We still don’t know if Naomi is still with the company and what her plans are. Naomi and Banks have remained silent since walking out of the company last month.
WWE typically adds a 90-day non-compete clause when they release talent but it’s not clear if that is the case with Banks.
