John Cena Drops Big Hint For WWE SummerSlam – John Cena continues to have fans speculating that he is set to make a WWE return for a United States Championship feud with current champion Theory.
Theory retained his title over Mustafa Ali at Sunday’s Hell in a Cell event. This morning on Instagram, Cena shared a photo of the United States Title. It should be noted that Cena posts photos on the account with no caption with the idea that fans can interpret however they want.
The image was from 2015 during a memorable segment when Kevin Owens stepped on the title after Owens made his surprise WWE Raw debut to attack Cena.
Cena and Theory have been teasing a feud a lot as of late as Theory previously pitched the idea of facing Cena at SummerSlam. Last week, Cena named Theory as his favorite current star and when asked who needs an attitude adjustment, Cena named Theory, who has since responded to Cena.
Cena last wrestled on TV at SummerSlam last year where he lost to Roman Reigns for the Universal Title.
