Tonight’s episode of NXT 2.0 set the stage for the semifinals of the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament.
Lash Legend took on Tatum Paxley on Tuesday night, and the outspoken Legend established her power early. Paxley proved to be a viable competitor, but Legend scored the pinfall to advance.
Legend joins Nikkita Lyons and Fallon Henley as the three figthers advancing in the inaugural tournament. Roxanne Perez will round out the semifinals. Later on in the same show, the former Rok-C fought from underneath to defeat Kiana James. James had the size advantage, but Perez persevered and clinched the win with the Code Red.
As a result, the semi-finals of the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament will be Nikkita Lyons vs. Fallon Henley and Lash Legend vs. Roxanne Perez. The winner of the tournament will earn the right to challenge for a title of their choosing.
