Cameron Grimes Issues A North American Title Match At NXT In Your House – Matches For Next Week

Cameron Grimes Issues A North American Title Match At NXT In Your House

Matters sure got intense between Tony D’Angelo and Santos Escobar as their turf war waged on tonight’s episode of NXT 2.0.

Last week, Escobar assaulted D’Angelo’s consigliere and Tony gave him a receipt as his Wise Guys kidnapped Cruz Del Toro. That’s when matters boiled over and it was revealed that D’Angelo will take on Escobar on next week’s episode.

In addition to that, it was announced that Bron Breakker will answer Joe Gacy and the Creed Brothers will face the Viking Raiders once again. In addition to that, the Women’s NXT Breakout Tournament will continue as both Nikita Lyons and Fallon Henley both advanced on the 5/10 episode.

Two other matches announcd for the 5/17 episode as well as Wes Lee will take on Xyon Quin and Cameron Grimes will tag with Solo Sikoa against Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes.

Also, Cameron Grimes aims to continue to take the North American Title to the moon, but before that, he’s taking it to In Your House. During tonight’s show, Grimes confronted Carmelo Hayes in the middle of the ring and presented him with an irrefusable challenge.

Grimes announced that he will put his Championship on the line against the “A Champion.” Solo Sikoa was also a factor and Grimes made sure to not forget about the youngest Uso brother. He made it known that Sikoa will get a shot after he beats Carmelo. As per habit for Hayes and his hype man Trick Williams, the duo attacked Grimes. It happened to be Sikoa who came to the aid of Grimes. In Your House has become an annual event for the NXT brand, but this year’s show hasn’t had an official date set yet.
