Friday’s WWE SmackDown averaged 1.952 million viewers on FOX, which is down from 2.142 million a week ago, according to Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics.
In the all-important 18-49 demographic, the show did a 0.47 rating, down from the 0.48 rating a week ago. This episode was the lowest key demo and total viewership that SmackDown has drawn since July 2nd, which was when WWE still aired TV from the ThunderDome.

4/1/22: 2,359,000 viewers – 0.61 key demo rating – WrestleMania go-home show
4/8/22: 2,230,000 viewers – 0.60 key demo rating – post-WrestleMania edition
4/15/22: 2,142,000 viewers – 0.48 key demo rating
4/22/22: 2,142,000 viewers – 0.48 key demo rating
As for AEW Rampage, the show drew 518,000 viewers and a 0.19 rating in the 18-49 demographic on TNT in the 10 pm ET time slot.
Last week the show did 482,000 viewers and a 0.22 rating in the earlier 7 pm ET start time that featured Adam Cole challenging “Hangman” Page for the AEW World Heavyweight Title.
Rampage ranked #14 in the top 150 shows on cable for the night, down from last week’s #9 ranking.
