Tables Match And More Announced For Next Week's WWE SmackDown

WWE has announced two matches for the May 6 episode of WWE SmackDown.

As confirmed during tonight’s SmackDown episode, Sheamus and Ridge Holland will face Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods in a Tables Match.

The two teams have been feuding for several weeks. Holland and Sheamus defeated the New Day duo at WWE WrestleMania 38. The two brawlers have been helped on multiple occasions by Butch, but the former Pete Dunne has been missing for over a week now. Woods beat Sheamus on the April 29 episode after the New Day stablemates called him “Shake It Sheamus.”

Frustrated by the setback, “The Celtic Warrior” challenged Kingston to a singles contest and picked up the win. After the bout, Holland and Sheamus attacked their rivals and slammed Woods through a table.

Plus, Sasha Banks will face Natalya. Banks and Naomi will defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship against Natalya and Baszler on the May 13 episode. Naomi defeated Baszler on Friday night, but the challengers attacked the champions after the match.

The card is as follows:

  • Tables Match: Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods vs. Sheamus and Ridge Holland
  • Sasha Banks vs. Natalya
