Rick Boogs Shares Recovery Video

Rick Boogs is putting in the work in his recovery days after undergoing surgery to repair a torn quad and patella tendon.

The injury happened when Boogs teamed with Shinsuke Nakamura to challenge SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos at WrestleMania 38. The WWE star underwent the knife last week in Birmingham, Alabama.

Boogs posted a video on his Instagram account of himself on crutches working out. The inspirational video got comments from several wrestlers who encouraged him to continue his hard work.
