On tonight’s AEW Dynamite, MJF showed his true colors and left CM Punk in a pool of blood at the end of their segment.
CM Punk called MJF out to the ring to have a talk and Punk told him that there were times when he didn’t know if he was a good guy but he’s trying.
MJF hugged Punk and seemingly cemented his face turn but it was a swerve as MJF hit a low blow and attacked Punk. MJF then finished things off by knocking Punk out with the Dynamite diamond ring.
FTR, Wardlow, and Shawn Spears were out to help fend off officials as MJF proceeded to bust Punk’s head open. MJF then grabbed the mic and told Punk that he will show everyone that he (MJF) is the devil himself.
Sting, Sammy Guevara, and Darby Allin ran out to make the save but the damage was down as Punk was left covered in blood with the dog collar wrapped around his neck.
