Big E continues to update fans on how he’s doing after suffering a broken neck last Friday night on SmackDown and thank them for their support.
The former WWE Champion noted on Twitter that he returned home to Tampa on Monday after being in the hospital.
The injury happened when he teamed with Kofi Kingston against Sheamus and Ridge Holland where Big E landed on his head while taking a german suplex from Holland.
Big E previously confirmed that he had fractured his C-1 and C-6 vertebrae. The good news is he won’t need to get surgery and had not suffered any damage to his spinal cord. He will be in a neck brace.
According to a former WWE/NFL doctor, this neck injury could be career-ending.
