NXT 2.0 Results (12/14) – We start off with Johnny Gargano’s comments from the end of last week’s NXT and Grayson Waller’s heinous attack.

— We see Grayson Waller arrive at the Performance Center and he is greeted by some people who are not fans of his.

Duke Hudson vs. Cameron Grimes in a No Holds Barred Match

We go right to the ring and out comes Cameron Grimes to a pop for tonight’s No Holds Barred match. Grimes tosses a trash can full of weapons into the ring as a “to the moon!” chant starts. We get a video package showing what led to this match. Out next comes Duke Hudson, still wearing the bad blonde wig and headgear to keep it on.

Grimes drop kicks Hudson off the apron and then he puts the trash can on Hudson and drop kicks it.  Grimes gets the trash can lid and hits Hudson in the back.  Hudson with a punch and he hits Grimes in the back with a trash can lid.  Hudson with kicks in the corner.  Grimes with a kick and a moonsault press for a near fall.  They go to the floor and Grimes sends Hudson into the ring steps.  Grimes gets the chair and Hudson kicks him.  Hudson sends Grimes into the ring and Hudson throws the chair and kendo stick up the ramp.  Grimes grabs Hudson by his hair and Hudson is able to drop Gries on the top rope.  Hudson adjusts his headgear.  Hudson slingshots into the ring and hits a German suplex.  

Hudson follows Grimes to the floor and Hudson gets a chair from under the ring. Grimes kicks the chair out of Hudson’s hands and Grimes with forearms. Hudson with a thumb to the eye. Hudson sets for Splash Mountain but Grimes counters with a rana that sends Hudson into the railing. They return to the ring and Grimes gets a chair and throws the trash can lid at Hudson. Grimes tries for a splash into the corner but Hudson catches Grimes and hits a uranage onto the chair for a near fall. Hudson stands on a kendo stick to prevent Grimes from using it. Hudson kicks Grimes and sends him to the floor. Hudson sends Grimes into the apron and hits a back drop driver onto the apron.

The referee checks on Grimes while Hudson gets a poker table from under the ring.  Grimes with a drop toe hold onto a chair.  Hudson with a back breaker to Grimes.  Hudson sets up the table.  Grimes is put on the turnbuckles and Hudson with punches.  Grimes punches Hudson but Hudson with a thumb to the eye.  Hudson goes for a superplex through the table, but Grimes with punches and a head butt.  Grimes with a cross body for a near fall.  Grimes with a kick to the chest and Hudson with a rollup and a handful of tights for a near fall.  Grimes with a rollup for a near fall.  Grimes with a boot to Hudson but Grimes goes to the turnbuckles and Hudson crotches Grimes.

Hudson sets for Splash Mountain through the table but Grimes escapes and kicks Hudson and follows with a super kick.  Hudson blocks Cave In and power bombs Grimes through the poker table.  Hudson gets a near fall.  Hudson goes to the floor and goes under the ring to get some clippers.  Hudson sits down in the chair and he is going to style Grimes’ hair.  Grimes kicks Hudson and Grimes with a poisonrana and Cave In through the chair for the three count.

Winner:  Cameron Grimes

After the match, Grimes removes Hudson’s ‘hair’.  

— McKenzie Mitchell is with Cora Jade and she is asked about her issues with Dakota Kai. Cora says that she is happy because she was medically cleared. Dakota says that is what she has done.  She did it before and has done it again.  Raquel gets you to do all the dirty work while she takes all the glory.  Maybe you will be a tag team and win the Dusty Cup. Cora tells Mom that she doesn’t need her advice.  Cora says if she wins tonight, she will be one step closer to Mandy Rose. Dakota freaks out at being called Mom and leaves.

– We see Grayson Waller walking backstage but two women want nothing to do with him. Back to commercial.

— We are back with Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen.  Brooks says he is excited to go to a concert.  Josh asks about the girls.  We see Kayden and Kacy pick them up.

— Grayson Waller makes his way to the ring.

Waller says he loves it.  A wise man once said you can never fail if you bet on yourself.  What a beautiful speech.  I had a tear in my eye.  That wise man overstayed his welcome.  He wanted to thank his wife and he wanted to thank all of you.  Last week, I did what I said I would do.  I had all the views.  I was trending everywhere.  That is what happens when you bet on yourself.

Grayson wants the video from last week to be played.

Grayson says last week he cemented himself as THE NXT superstar.  He went from jumping off the cage to win War Games to ending the career of a legend.  I partied with superstars while you were busy online complaining about someone more successful than you.

We see comments on social media about him.  Grayson tells Wade he has some bad news.  This isn’t 2010 and he doesn’t care what Wade says about him.  Waller tells Vic he did what he did to Vic’s best friend and he didn’t do a single thing.  That shows what kind of man you are.  Waller says he does not need friends or family, or even you.  Waller says all he needs to get to the top is Grayson Waller.

— We take a look back at the reveal of the MSK Shaman.

— Malcolm Bivens says Diamond Mine is about the big money matches and there is no match bigger than Bron Breakker and Roderick Strong.  Roderick is the workhorse.  Strong says they divide and conquer tonight. Bivens asks Ivy if she is ready to break some skulls tonight.

We go to commercial.

— We are back to Lashing Out with Lash Legend. Lash mentions she has two guests tonight.  Ikemen Jiro and KUSHIDA. Wendy Choo walks past with her pillow. Lash asks about their wardrobe and we have a video for Jacket Time.  She asks about them and the Grizzled Young Vets. Jiro says it is a very sensitive operation.  KUSHIDA says they are not to be underestimated.  Jiro and KUSHIDA cut a promo in Japanese and Lash is confused.  Jiro tells her it is Jacket Time and everything is okay.

Amari Miller vs. Ivy Nile

They lock up and Nile with a side head lock take down.  Miller with a head scissors and Nile with a handstand to escape.  Nile with a front face lock and Miller escapes.  Nile with a single leg take down and Miller escapes.  Miller with a wrist lock but Nile escapes and connects with a springboard forearm.  Nile sends Miller into the turnbuckles and then applies a figure four head scissors and pulls herself up in the turnbuckles.  Nile with an elbow drop to the back and push ups.  Nile with a suplex.  Nile goes for a slam but Miller escapes and gets a near fall with a rollup.  Miller with more rollups.  Nile with a punch.  Miller with a punch and a spinning heel kick into the corner.

Miller with a snap mare and back heel kick.  Miller with a drop kick.  Miller misses a spinning heel kick and Nile with a spinebuster and drop kick.  Nile with a Dragon Sleeper and Miller taps out.

Winner:  Ivy Nile

— McKenzie is in the back with Xyon Quinn.  She asks what were Elektra Lopez’ intentions.  Quinn tells Elektra he runs it straight and now he knows the rules. Robert Stone shows up and he keeps McKenzie from sending it back to Vic and Wade.  Robert says he is sick of being made light of.  Robert Stone says he will not be taken lightly.

— Von Wagner says last week was just the beginning and he will do it again next week.  If you have a problem, you can say it to my face.

— Joe Gacy is in a park with Harland and he tells him not to be afraid of who he is.

We go to commercial.

— We are back with Riddle and MSK.  Riddle says they have come a long way.  Riddle wants to look in the back and he pulls out scissors, glasses, batteries, and an ear bud.  They tell Riddle to dig deep and he pulls out a baseball bat.  He also pulls out a traffic cone.  He also pulls out a US title spinner belt.  Riddle says this is cluttering you down and keeping you from becoming Tag Champs.  You need to focus on the tag titles.  Lee asks how do they clear their minds. Riddle pulls a scooter out of the bag.  Carter and Lee pull out their own scooters.

Harland vs. Guru Raaj

They lock up and Harland sends Raaj to the mat.  Harland slams Raaj’s head into the mat many times.  Harland runs his forearm across the side of the head.  Raaj with punches and Harland with a back drop driver for the three count.

Winner:  Harland

After the match, Gacy asks Harland if he feels better and Harland slams Raaj’s head into the mat.

— We go to the most dangerous parking lot in sports entertainment and LA Knight arrives.  He says he will not talk about Grayson Waller.  Waller hits one move with some help and he feels that he is important.  Waller threw a hissy fit since he was with the woman who he wanted.  Knight tells Waller to come find him.

— As Cora Jade comes to the ring for her match, Mandy Rose crosses her path to go to the announce table for commentary.

We go to commercial.

— We are back and Harland is going down some stairs while security yells at him.  Harland tosses one of them down the stairs.  

Cora Jade vs. Dakota Kai

Kai with a bicycle kick and Irish whip but Jade floats over and connects with an elbow.  Jade with a head scissors take down and a drop kick.  Jade with a back slide for a near fall.  Jade gets a near fall.  Kai and Jade fight on the apron.  Kai pulls Jade’s shoulder into the turnbuckle.  Kai with a boot to Jade.  They return to the ring and Kai gets a near fall.  Kai with a double wrist lock.  Kai gets a near fall.  Kai works on the shoulder and applies an arm bar.  Kai tries to hyper-extend the shoulder with an arm bar.  Kai with a figure four arm scissors.  Jade with forearms.

Kai with an arm bar.  Kai with an Irish whip that sends Jade shoulder first into the turnbuckles.  Kai misses a Yakuza Kick and Jade sends Kai over the top rope to the floor.  Jade with a clothesline and back elbow followed by a head scissors take down and running knee into the corner.  Jade goes to the turnbuckles and hits a missile drop kick for a near fall.  Kai with a scorpion kick and a uranage back breaker for a near fall.  Kai with a boot and a running boot to the head in the corner for a near fall.  Kai with a back breaker for a near fall.  Kai goes to the floor and goes under teh ring and grabs a shovel.

The referee takes the shovel and the referee and Kai lose balance.  Jade with a rollup for the three count.

Winner:  Cora Jade

After the match, Kai kicks Jade.  Kai grabs the shovel and Raquel Gonzalez comes to the ring to stop Kai.  They fight to the back. Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne make their way to the ring very slowly.so Rose can attack Jade from behind.  Mandy with divorce court.

— Grayson Waller walks in the back and he asks people about him and they walk away. Tiffany Stratton walks by and says that her daddy says he is a bad boy. Io Shirai yells at Waller in Japanese and walks away.

We go to commercial.

— We are back and Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez are being separated outside with weapons in the most dangerous parking lot in sports entertainment.

Tony D’Angelo vs. Andre Chase

D’Angelo punches Chase and takes Chase to the mat with a waist lock.  D’Angelo sends Chase into the turnbuckles a few times.  D’Angelo with a belly-to-belly suplex.  D’Angelo pulls Chase to the apron and biels him back into the ring.  Chase with a side head lock and he sends Tony to the mat.  Chase with a neck breaker for a near fall.  Chase with the C-H-A-S-E-U stomp.  Chase gets a near fall after a side Russian leg sweep.  Chase with a reverse chin lock.  D’Angelo escapes by sending Chase into the turnbuckles.  Case with a clothesline and then he kicks Chase and pulls his sweater over his head and punches him.  D’Angelo with a double leg take down.  D’Angelo with a Northern Lights suplex and he rolls into a swinging fisherman’s suplex for the three count.

Winner:  Tony D’Angelo

After the match, Tony says he has the world on a string.  He says he has backed up everything he said he would do.  He took care of Andre Chase so that must mean he is head of the class.  He said he would smack Pete Dunne in his mouth at War Games.

Pete Dunne’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring. Pete says that Tony does a lot of talking for a geezer without a track record.  He says he is going to see if Tony has the same energy when they go face to face.

Tony asks Pete if anyone told him he has a face only a mother could love.  He tells Pete he looks like he is missing something.  Look in the corner. Pete says he is not here to talk. Tony tells Pete to take it easy.  He has some business to take care of so they can finish it next week. 

Tony tries to attack Pete from behind but Pete grabs his hand and pulls at the fingers.  Tony goes for Pete’s mouthpiece and Pete gets there first and breaks the glass for emergency and the mouthpiece is back in Pete’s mouth.

— Bron Breakker is in his locker room and Grayson Waller enters.  Bron tells Waller he is not welcome in the locker room any more.  Waller asks everyone if that is how they feel.  They agree with Bron. Waller says superstars have their own locker rooms.

We go to commercial.

— We are back in the medical room and we see Brian Kendrick being checked out after Harland threw him down the stairs.

Boa vs. Edris Enofe

Enofe with chops and a European uppercut.  Enofe with chops and punches.  Boa with a kick to the chest and a Karelin suplex for a near fall.  Boa with a cobra clutch.  

We see Solo Sikoa watching in the back.  

Boa with knees to the midsection followed by a butterfly suplex for a near fall.  Boa with a reverse chin lock.  Boa with an Irish whip and Enofe with an elbow and punches.  Boa with a boot to the chest and he misses a second boot.  Enofe with a drop kick and he hits a fisherman’s suplex for a near fall.  Enofe goes ot the turnbuckles and he is met with a kick as he comes off the turnbuckles.  Boa with the Asiatic spike and a round kick for the three count.

Winner:  Boa

— Raquel Gonzalez is in the back and she says this needs to end.  She says she looks back on their friendship as a positive.  She says she needs to end Dakota.  Let’s end this how our friendship started, in a street fight.

We go to commercial.

— We see Grayson Waller with Tiffany Stratton leaving in LA Knight’s car.  We see Knight on the ground as Waller drives away.

Ikemen Jiro and KUSHIDA vs. James Drake and Zack Gibson

KUSHIDA and Drake start things off and KUSHIDA with a front face lock and he slaps Drake in the head.  Gibson holds Drake back and he tells Drake not to let KUSHIDA get in his head.  They lock up and Drake iwth a forearm but KUSHIDA with kicks ot the leg.  KUSHIDA with an arm drag into an arm bar.  Jiro tags in and comes off the turnbuckles with a chop.  KUSHIDA tags in and he applies a hammer lock using the legs and twists the shoulder.  Gibson tags in and he trips KUSHIDA and Drake with a suicide dive while Gibson hits a side Russian leg sweep.  Gibson sends KUSHIDA back into the ring.  Gibson with a forearm and KUSHIDA fights out of the corner but Gibson stops KUSHIDA.

KUSHIDA with a sunset flip but Drake makes the tag and kicks KUSHIDA In the back.  Drake with a neck breaker for a near fall.  Drake with a reverse chin lock.  

Brutus and Julius Creed make their way to the ramp. 

Drake with an Irish whip and KUSHIDA with boots to Drake.  He knocks Gibson down on the apron and kicks Drake.  Jiro makes the tag and he hits a springboard chop and knocks Gibson off the apron.  Jiro with a kick to Drake.  Jiro with punches in the corner.  Drake with an Irish whip and Jiro floats over and hits a German suplex.  Drake with a back elbow and Gibson tags in and Jiro punches Drake and hits a springboard cross body on both men.  KUSHIDA tags in and they hit a double hip toss followed by a double cartwheel and double drop kick.  KUSHIDA goes for a hoverboard lock but Gibson backs KUSHIDA into the turnbuckles. D rake with a kick.

Gibson with a suplex to KUSHIDA for a near fall.  Drake tags in and they go for Ticket to Mayhem but KUSHIDA sends Drake into Gibson and they both go to the floor.

Julius and Brutus go to the ring and Jiro with an Asai Moonsault onto Gibson while KUSHIDA hits a flip dive onto Drake.  Jiro tags in and they hit a senton and reverse DDT combination for a three count.

Winner:  Ikemen Jiro and KUSHIDA

— Roderick Strong and Malcolm Bivens walk in the back and Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams show up.  They tell Roddy not to miss.  Bivens tells Williams and Hayes they might need luck. We see a drawing of Trick and Dexter Lumis.

We go to commercial.

— We are back and next week Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez will meet in a street fight.  Vic mentions that Cora Jade reinjured her shoulder and she is day to day.  LA Knight has undisclosed injuries and he is being taken to a hospital.  Brian Kendrick has a possible cervical fracture due to the actions of Harland and he has been taken to the hospital.

Roderick Strong vs. Bron Breakker

Strong goes for the leg and Breakker pushes Strong away.  Breakker goes for the leg but Strong stops him.  They lock up and Strong goes for the leg and trips Breakker and takes him to the mat.  Strong with a front face lock.  

We see Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams on the HHH Balcony.

Strong with a knee to the midsection and a side head lock. Breakker with a shoulder tackle and a Gator Roll into a delayed vertical suplex. Strong rolls to the floor. Breakker follows and Strong sends Breakker into the announce table and then Strong with a back drop driver onto the announce table. They return to the ring and Strong kicks Breakker. Strong with a chop in the corner. Breakker with a forearm and Strong with a knee. Strong with shoulders in the corner. Strong with a punch and kick. Strong with a back breaker for a near fall. Strong with a bow and arrow. Breakker with forearms but Strong with a drop kick. Strong with a rollup for a near fall.

Strong with a double sledge to the back and a camel clutch.  Strong punches Breakker and applies a front face lock.  Breakker punches Strong and Irish whips him.  Strong with a knee and a double knee gutbuster for a near fall.  Strong goes for the Strong Hold and he locks it in.  Breakker kicks Strong out of the ring to get out of the hold.  Breakker catches Strong on a leap frog and hits a power slam.  Strong misses a jumping knee into the corner and Breakker with a shoulder tackle and a FrankenSteiner and a belly-to-belly suplex for a near fall.  Breakker gets Strong up but Strong gets to his feet.  Breakker with shoulders in the corner.

Strong with chops and running forearms.  Strong with an Olympic slam for a near fall.  Strong with a forearm and he puts Breakker on the turnbuckles for a superplex and hits it.  Strong with a Gibson Driver for a near fall.  Breakker wtih a gourdbuster but Strong with a series of kicks.  Strong goes for a jumping knee but Breakker catches him and htis a back breaker.  Breakker presses Strong over his head and turns it into a power slam for the three count.

Winner:  Bron Breakker

After the match, Breakker stands tall as his music hits. We go to replays. Bron is celebrating when NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa suddenly appears and drops Breakker face-first into the title belt with Willow’s Bell. Fans chant for Ciampa and then “fight forever!” as Ciampa kneels down in Bron’s face to talk trash, telling him that he may have won the battle at WarGames, but the NXT Title is the war. Ciampa raises the NXT Title belt in the air as NXT 2.0 goes off the air.
