Ahead of their RAW Women’s Championship match at Day 1, Liv Morgan attempted to ambush Becky Lynch during a training session.
WWE just released a video on its YouTube channel showing Morgan walking into a training session to attack who she thought was Lynch. Armed with a kendo stick and her arm wrapped up from Lynch’s attack last week, Morgan hit the trainee from behind whom she believed was Lynch. Once Morgan was able to see the trainee’s face, she realized it was not the RAW Women’s Champion. Lynch was actually behind her instead.
The two ended up in a brawl and a battle over the kendo stick with Lynch utilizing it first. Morgan ended up getting the weapon back and chased the RAW Women’s Champion to flee the ring.
The video ended with Morgan enraged in the ring as Lynch yells at her and for the trainees around her to get her upcoming challenger.
