The Miz & Maryse Return To WWE – The Miz made his return to WWE Raw tonight, and he wasn’t alone as he brought his wife Maryse along with him.
Miz had been off WWE TV since August 23 when he turned on his tag team partner John Morrison, who has since been released by the company.
Miz had been a participant on Dancing With The Stars throughout his time away.
For Maryse, it’s the first time she’s been on WWE TV since a one-off appearance in April to promote Miz & Mrs.
The married couple appeared on tonight’s Raw to interrupt Edge’s own return, after he was off TV since the October 21 Crown Jewel show in Saudi Arabia when he beat Seth Rollins in a Hell in a Cell match.
Edge and Miz went back-and-forth in what could easily be perceived as WWE’s attempt to replicate the MJF/CM Punk AEW Dynamite promo, and Edge even referenced that very segment.
Edge ended up challenging Miz to a fight, and Miz said no and walked off, so it certainly looks like that’ll be Edge’s next match.
