The WWE Title has been announced for the first-ever WWE Day 1 pay-per-view.
Seth Rollins opened tonight’s RAW episode and revealed that he will be challenging WWE Champion Big E for the title at Day 1.
Later in the night, a stipulation was added to the scheduled Big E vs. Kevin Owens match. “If Kevin wins he will be part of the WWE Championship Match”. By virtue of a win over Big E thanks to Seth Rollins interfering and causing a disqualification, Kevin Owens has been added to the match to make it a Thriple Threat.
The inaugural WWE Day 1 pay-per-view will take place on New Year’s Day, Saturday, January 1, from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
