Viewership WWE Draft Edition Of RAW

Monday’s live WWE Draft Night 2 edition of WWE RAW drew an average of 1.857 million viewers on the USA Network, according to Nielsen via Showbuzz Daily.

This is up 8.66% from last week’s 1.709 million viewers for the post-Extreme Rules episode.

For this week’s show, the first hour drew 1.949 million viewers (last week’s hour 1 – 1.818 million), the second hour drew 1.902 million viewers (last week’s hour 2 – 1.714 million) and the final hour drew 1.721 million viewers (last week’s hour 3 – 1.596 million).

The WWE Draft edition of RAW drew a 0.52 rating in the 18-49 key demographic this week. This is up 8.33% from last week’s 0.48 key demo rating. That 0.52 rating represents 680,000 viewers in the 18-49 range, which is up 8.8% from the 625,000 18-49 viewers that last week’s 0.48 rating drew, according to Wrestlenomics.

RAW ranked #13 for the night in viewership on cable, behind the NFL on ESPN, Monday Night Countdown on ESPN, Monday Night Kickoff on ESPN, Monday Night Post-game on ESPN, The Five, Tucker Carlson Tonight, Hannity, Special Report with Brett Baier, Sportscenter at midnight, The Ingraham Angle, FOX News Primetime, and Outnumbered. This is up from last week’s #15 ranking for the night in viewership.

RAW ranked #6 for the night on the Cable Top 150, with the 0.52 rating in the key 18-49 demographic. This is up from last week’s #7 spot. The NFL Monday Night Football game between the Raiders and the Chargers on ESPN topped the Cable Top 150 with a 3.76 key demo rating. The game on the main ESPN channel also topped the night on cable in viewership with 12.319 million viewers.

Dancing With The Stars on ABC drew an average of 4.736 million viewers on broadcast TV in the 8pm hour while The Neighborhood drew 5.519 million viewers on CBS, The Voice drew 7.479 million viewers on NBC, 911 drew 5.253 million viewers on FOX and CW’s Roswell New Mexico drew 466,000 viewers, all in the 8pm hour on broadcast TV. The Voice drew the best key demo rating of the night on network TV with a 0.96.

This week’s RAW drew the best audience and key demo rating since the return of the NFL’s Monday Night Football. The show went up against Week 4 of Monday Night Football on ESPN and ESPN2. The game between the Raiders and the Chargers was watched by 12.319 million viewers on ESPN and 543,000 viewers on ESPN2, plus several million viewers for the various pre and post-game shows. This week’s viewership was up 8.66% from last week, while this week’s key demo rating was up 8.33% from last week.

In comparison to the 2020 WWE Draft edition of RAW, this year’s Draft episode was only down 0.1% in total viewers, and down 8.8% in the key demo rating. The 2020 Draft edition of RAW took place on October 13, 2020, and drew 1.855 million viewers with a 0.57 key demo rating.

Monday’s RAW viewership was up 10.14% from the same week in 2020, while the 18-49 key demo rating was equal with the same week in 2020.
