There has been a lot of speculation about Bray Wyatt (Windham Rotunda) potentially going to AEW.
Many fans thought if Wyatt was going to AEW then he could make his debut on the September 29th edition of Dynamite in Rochester, NY since this is the hometown of the late Brodie Lee, who was friends with Wyatt. Obviously, that didn’t happen.
AEW President Tony Khan made an appearance on WFAN’s Moose & Maggie Show this morning in the second hour and during it, he was asked about the possibility of Wyatt coming into the company.
Khan noted that while he thinks Wyatt is a great wrestler, they haven’t talked about him joining All Elite Wrestling.
“He’s a great wrestler, and I got to be honest, we haven’t really talked at all. I’ve known him in personal life and I’ve gotten to spend a little bit of time with him…but as far as that, we haven’t talked. I saw a bunch of rumors, but that’s not something anybody’s really talked about. I think…you never know.”
It’s also been previously reported that while Impact Wrestling does have an interest in signing the former WWE star, those close to Wyatt are saying that there are no plans for him to join Impact Wrestling.
