SmackDown And Rampage Viewership Numbers

WWE SmackDown season premiere drew an average of 2.147 million viewers, this is down 4.66% from last week which was the WWE Draft and post-Extreme Rules episode.

SmackDown drew a 0.52 rating in the key 18-49 demographic. This is down 16.12% from last week’s 0.62 rating.

SmackDown had just a few happenings advertised ahead of time – Sami Zayn vs. Rey Mysterio in a first round King of the Ring Tournament match, Liv Morgan vs. Carmella in a first round match for the inaugural Queen’s Crown Tournament, plus a WWE Crown Jewel contract signing with Sasha Banks, Bianca Belair and SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch.

AEW Rampage drew an average of 502,000 viewers on TNT, down 19.29% from last week’s episode.

Rampage drew a 0.17 rating in the 18-49 key demographic. This is down 32% from last week’s 0.25 rating.

Rampage aired at 10pm ET on TNT, previously taped from the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, PA. Full spoilers were available before the show aired. The show featured a few happenings advertised ahead of time – CM Punk vs. Daniel Garcia in the opener, AEW World Tag Team Champions The Lucha Bros defending against The Acclaimed, Jade Cargill vs. Skye Blue, plus FTW Champion Ricky Starks vs. Brian Cage in a Street Fight, which was the main event.
