NXT 2.0 Viewership And Key Demo Rating Down From Last Week

This week’s NXT 2.0 episode drew 655,000 viewers on the USA Network, tThis is down 12.19% from last week’s episode, which drew 746,000 viewers.

NXT 2.0 drew a 0.14 rating in the key 18-49 demographic. This is down 30% from last week’s 0.20 rating in the key demo. This week’s 0.14 key demo rating represents 183,000 18-49 viewers, which is down 29.61% from the 260,000 viewers that last week’s 0.20 key demo rating represented.

NXT ranked #32 on the Cable Top 150 this week with the 0.14 rating in the 18-49 key demographic. This is down from last week’s #11 ranking.

NXT ranked #50 in viewership on cable this week, tying with Body Cam, which also scored a 0.14 key demo rating to rank #31 on the Cable Top 150. This is down from last week’s #43 ranking.

This week’s NXT episode drew the lowest viewership of the 2.0 revamp so far, and the lowest key demo rating for a live USA Network episode since June 29. The key demo rating also tied with several other episodes to be the second-lowest of the year for live USA episodes. This week’s viewership was down 12.19% from last week, while the key demo rating was down 30% from last week.

This week’s NXT viewership was down 10.51% from the episode that aired one year ago, while the 18-49 key demo rating was down 26.31% from the show that aired one year ago. The 2020 episode aired head-to-head with AEW Dynamite.

Teen Mom on MTV topped the night in the 18-49 demographic on the Cable Top 150 with a 0.26 rating, drawing just 564,000 viewers. Tucker Carlson Tonight on FOX News topped the night on cable in viewership with 3.243 million viewers, ranking #2 on the Cable Top 150 with a 0.26 key demo rating.

The Voice on NBC topped the night on network TV in viewership with an average of 7.434 million viewers. The Voice also topped the night on network TV in the 18-49 key demo with a 0.95 rating.

This week’s live NXT 2.0 episode featured several happenings advertised ahead of time – “B-Fab” Briana Brandy vs. Elektra Lopez in a No DQ match opener, the official NXT in-ring debut of Xyon Quinn, a promo from Bron Breakker, Ridge Holland vs. Kyle O’Reilly, Lash Legend debuting her “Lashing Out with Lash Legend” talk show, footage from the honeymoon of Dexter Lumis and Indi Hartwell, NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Io Shirai and Zoey Stark defending against Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne, NXT Cruiserweight Champion Roderick Strong defending against Grayson Waller, plus the main event, which saw NXT Women’s Champion Raquel Gonzalez defend against Franky Monet.
