Adam Cole Talks Joining AEW

Adam Cole Talks Joining AEW – Adam Cole appeared in the media scrum after making a shocking debut at AEW All Out. Here are the highlights of his interview, thanks to Denise Salcedo.

Adam Cole says that he had an excellent 4 year experience with WWE but he knew for a while he wanted to come to AEW said it was a fairly easy one.

Adam Cole says the talk with Vince McMahon went great & they talked about several things and he did not have a bad experience with him.

Adam Cole says he feels like he can talk to Tony Khan about anything and that his love for pro wrestling is contagious.

Adam Cole says he was so excited about his debut today his legs were shaking, calls it a “highlight of his life.”

Tony Khan says that Adam Cole was the one that striked fear in him during those Wednesday night wars.

Adam Cole’s WWE NXT contract ran up in July, but he signed a short extension that saw him stick around until NXT TakeOver: 36. After he lost that 2 out of 3 falls match to Kyle O’Reilly, Cole moved on without ever receiving a main roster call-up.

We will have to see what Adam Cole is able to do in AEW. He is now a part of The Elite within the company as a heel. Aligning himself with Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks also means he is positioned at a spot right on top of the roster.
