WWE RAW Results (8/16) - San Antonio, TX

WWE RAW Results (8/16) – San Antonio, TX – We start off with a look back at last week’s return of Randy Orton to Raw and the reunion of RK-Bro even though the RK part was not happy to see the Bro.

— We are live from the AT&T Center in San Antonio, TX, as Randy Orton makes his way to the ring.

Randy says people have been asking why did he give Riddle and RKO last week.  People says Riddle wanted to help you and be your friend.  Randy says therein lies the problem.  Randy says he doesn’t need friends.  He doesn’t need anybody. He would have beaten AJ Styles with or without Riddle.  I am a 14 time world champion.  I did it all by myself.  I don’t owe anyone anything.  I don’t owe anyone an explanation. I am Randy Orton.  I am the Viper.  I am the Apex Predator.  Raw is still my territory.  I proved that to AJ Styles last week and I will prove it tonight against Omos.

Omos, that man is not to be taken lightly.  He is a monster.  He is a force of nature.  He is an undefeated force of nature.  I have it on good authority that he is a bit of a jackass.  What have I gotten myself into?  Rabdy says he will hit him with the three most devastating letters in Sports Entertainment… R… K… Bro plays over the arena as Riddle makes his way to the ring.

Riddle tells Randy he is right.  You don’t have to explain yourself to anybody.  I know why you hit me with an RKO last week. Randy says he doubts it. Riddle says it took him a hot second and then he realized that Randy was teaching him.  Riddle says he was hitting RKOs in Randy’s honor but I wasn’t doing it right.  You gave me one to teach me a lesson.  I learned my lesson and maybe we can give this team thing another chance.  You need me tonight in my corner.  Let’s bring back RK-Bro.

AJ Styles’ music plays and he makes his way to the ring with Omos.

AJ suggests RK-No.  I don’t think anybody cares why you RKOed Riddle and you can do it again if you want to.  How about doing it to yourself if it is possible.  Last week meant nothing.  You proved nothing.  If it wasn’t for Riddle, you wouldn’t have won anything.  No one will be able to save your tonight from Omos.  He will defang the Viper.  Why should Omos have all the fun.  I am tired of Riddle and everyone else saying “Bro.’  AJ says he wants to break Riddle’s jaw so it has to be wired shut.

Riddle accepts and he says when Randy is in his corner, he is unstoppable.  Riddle says to come to the ring and face the three most dangerous letters in sports entertainment, R… K… Bro. Orton isn’t thrilled.

Bobby Lashley’s music interrupts.

Porter says Goldberg has been doing a lot of talking lately.  More than we have wanted to hear from you.  You usually let your actions do the talking.  Maybe you are overcompensating for something.  Maybe you realize you are outmatched.  You thought you could be the Goldberg of old and tell Bobby he is Next and then jackhammer, spear, repeat.  You locked eyes and saw it would be different this time.  You are facing a man more dangerous, more ferocious, more explosive, and more dominant than you.  You have run down on the All Mighty WWE Champion.

Lashley enters the ring and he says he gave Goldberg every opportunity to bow down and walk away to avoid the embarrassment I will present to you.  You are playing by the house rules and the house always wins.  You want to have this proud SummerSlam moment.  I will give you that moment.  I will give you just enough so you can tell your family and friends that you had the privilege of having your career ended by Bobby Lashley.  When you step in this ring, you step in the House of the All Mighty.

Goldberg tells Lashley that’s bulls***. Lashley swings at Goldberg and misses.  Goldberg with a spear.

Bill leaves the ring and Gage jumps over the ringside barrier and they go to the back as  we go to credits.
