As noted, there were a lot of changes being made to plans for last night’s WWE RAW, and The Miz and Alexa Bliss were supposed to wrestle.
Bliss noted on Twitter that she was backstage at Raw but she was not used. There were plans for Bliss to appear on the show but after Vince McMahon ripped up the Raw script, she was left off the show.
Last week, WWE started to plant the seeds for a Bliss vs. Charlotte Flair feud but last night it looked like they were building towards a Nia Jax vs. Flair match at Extreme Rules. For those of you that asked, yes, Flair and Jax did indeed shoot on each other. Click here for backstage news on what happened.
As far as what happened with The Miz, no one seems to know. PWInsider reports that he was not backstage at the show at any point and there’s no word yet why he was not there. Miz was scheduled to wrestle John Morrison on the show.
