John Cena To Kick Off RAW In Dallas – After his big return at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view, WWE made it clear to everyone that John Cena vs. Universal Champion Roman Reigns will be the main event for SummerSlam.
Cena is expected to appear on episodes of SmackDown in the next few weeks, but fans will not have to wait until Friday night to hear from Cena.
In an exlusive Network video Cena said that he will kick off Monday Night Raw in Dallas so presumably, he will officially challenge Reigns on the show or set up something to announce his return to SmackDown.
There will be a lot of big news coming from Raw tonight because it’s also expected that Bobby Lashley’s WWE SummerSlam match will be set up as well. Click here for spoiler news on the big name returning to WWE to challenge Lashley for the title.
Also, Andrew Zarian from the Man Men Pro Wrestling podcast is reporting that there will be a big debut happening on WWE Monday Night RAW.
When asked if this is someone who will be debuting or returning, Zarian said that this is someone knew and this person is “huge” and a “fellow Texan.”
If that person is from NXT then the person who would fit the description is the current NXT Women’s Champion Raquel Gonzalez since she is 6 feet tall and from La Feria, Texas but that is just speculation at this point.
