Aleister Black Makes AEW Debut As Malakai Black

Aleister Black Makes AEW Debut As Malakai Black – During tonight’s AEW Dynamite: Road Rager, former WWE superstar Aleister Black made his All Elite Wrestling debut.

During the opening match between Cody Rhodes and QT Marshall, the lights briefly went out before coming back on. Later in the night, Tony Schiavone was standing inside the ring with Arn Anderson. Arn talked about being good to be in Miami and see everyone. Before he can continue, the lights went out again.

When the lights came back on, Aleister Black was standing in the ring. He dropped Arn with a big kick. Excalibur brings up wrestling this man years ago, referring to him as Tommy End.

Cody Rhodes hits the ring, looking at Arn and looking shocked at Black. Black and Cody look like they are going to shake hands but instead Black decks Cody with the same kick he leveled Arn with.

Aleister was released this year in early June alongside many other notable names due to WWE budget cuts. He, as usual per released talent, has a 90-day no compete clause that still has at least a month-and-a-half remaining. Aleister has only been officially announced for one event thus far.

Black was originally referred to as Tommy End, before Excalibur billed him as Malakai Black, a name that Black introduced in an Instagram video earlier today.
