Zarian reports that the next 2021 Draft is currently scheduled to take place over two nights, on August 30 and September 3.
The Draft would take place on the August 30 episode of WWE RAW and the September 3 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, a reversal of the format in place for the 2020 Draft. Last year’s two-night event started on October 9 on SmackDown and concluded on October 12 on RAW.
There have been fifteen WWE Drafts in the company’s history; between 2017-2019 the event was known as the “Superstar Shake-Up” before returning to the Draft name.
