Andrade Signs With AEW – Tonight’s Friday edition of AEW Dynamite on TNT featured a surprise appearance by former WWE superstar and current free agent, Andrade, now known as Andrade El Idolo.
His debut happened after Vickie Guerrero interrupted Mark Henry’s segment. Henry said that he had a lot left in the tank when he was asked if he would wrestle again.
Guerrero then interrupted and told Henry and Tony Schiavone to get out of the ring before introducing Andrade. He walked out to the ring and talked about being the new face of AEW.
Andrade requested and was granted his release from WWE in March and he is scheduled to face Kenny Omega for the AAA Mega Championship at Triplemania in August.
