Several months after departing from WWE, Zelina Vega appears to be on her way back.
Fightful Select reported Vega was at the WWE Performance Center today. It was said it wasn’t just a visit, but rather she was being filmed for some reason there.
It was added that they had been told “the working plan is for her to return to the company.”
She was released by WWE last November for reasons related to WWE’s new third party edict. At the time, Sports Illustrated reported that it was due to her breaching her contract.
This came after Vince McMahon put out an edict that would ban WWE stars from using third party platforms such as Twitch, Cameo and Only Fans. It’s since been clarified that wrestlers can use these platforms, but must use their real names.
Vega’s husband, Aleister Black wasn’t used for months nor wrestled since her firing, has started to appear on WWE TV in new vignettes.
