Yet Another Update On The Keith Lee Situation

Yet Another Update On The Keith Lee Situation – As noted, Keith Lee’s WWE status has been up in the air as of late. He has been out of action on RAW since early February, and it was reported in late March that Lee was actively trying to get cleared for a return.

It was also reported in late March that Lee was sidelined in February due to health reasons, and that WWE had not cleared him for in-ring action. Lee reportedly underwent some testing after being sidelined in February, and there’s been no word on what came of those tests, but it was said that Lee was actively trying to get cleared for a return. Since mid-March Lee has sent two messages to his fans via Twitter, teasing his return and promising to explain everything that has kept him out of action.

Update On The Keith Lee Situation

Mike Johnson shared some thoughts about Keith Lee during PW Insider Elite Audio. He also stated that it is possible, by the way things have been getting back to him, that Lee could have “fell foul of Vince McMahon.” Something is going on, and nobody’s talking.

“I have never been able to get a full answer on what happened to him. I have been led to believe it’s more of a creative thing than an injury thing, and they just for whatever reason, I don’t know why, I don’t know what the full story is. Whether he just fell foul of Vince McMahon somehow, or there is something going on that they’re keeping close to the vest, which is always possible. I can get a clear read on it, and whoever is close to him, who knows the deal, they’re not talking.”

Keith Lee could surprise us all with a Limitless return right to the top of the card. He has charisma and incredible ability, but something apparently didn’t click with Vince McMahon.

Lee was also a part of the “big man” class that McMahon sent to the Performance Center for additional training. The book is not closed for Keith Lee, but this is a very long pause between chapters.
