Randy Orton RKOs The New Day – Randy Orton and Matt Riddle have formed an unlikely partnership over the past month, and tonight “RK-Bro” once again came out on top in an eight-man tag team match on tonight’s RAW episode. But Orton made it clear that he didn’t care for their partners, The New Day.
Teaming up with Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, RK-Bro took on AJ Styles, Omos, Elias, and Jaxson Ryker. In a somewhat fast match, The New Day and RK-Bro came out on top despite Omos’ overpowering nature. Late in the bout, Styles’ giant teammate nearly ended things by breaking up a Tombstone Piledriver from Riddle and laying him out with a huge blow.
Thankfully for Riddle, his teammate was there to save the day. As Omos tried to rescue Styles, Orton hit a surprise RKO on Elias pick up the win. But the bell, Orton dropped Kingston and Woods with RKOs, shocking the pair and Riddle himself.
