WWE RAW Results – February 1, 2021 – We’re live from the ThunderDome at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida, as WWE Champion Drew McIntyre makes his way to the ring.

Drew welcomes everyone to Raw.  He says this is no ordinary episode of Raw because we are officially on the Road to (point at the sign) Wrestlemania.  He says it started last night.  He mentions that he went to war with Goldberg last night and they beat the crap out of each other and they earned each other’s respect.  Drew talks about the other matches on the pay per view.  Drew talks about how Bianca Belair solidified herself as the future.

Drew starts to talk about the Men’s Royal Rumble match and… The winner of the Men’s Royal Rumble Edge makes his way to the ring. 

Drew says he was going to get to Edge.  Drew says since he came to America and has been in the WWE, Edge has been a mentor to him and he looked out for Drew.  Drew says he remembers being there the day Edge had to retire.  Drew says he remembers hearing Edge’e music over the speakers while AJ Styles was choking him last year in the Rumble.  Drew says he thought Edge was done after his injury.  Then Edge outlasts 29 other people last nigh to win.  

Edge thanks Drew for the compliments.  Edge says he likes Drew and has been a mentor, but he wants to be blunt.  What is wrong with you?  I won the Royal Rumble and it means I can challenge you for the title at Wrestlemania.  I am an immediate and viable threat.  Instead of kicking my head off when I came through the ropes, you shower me wtih compliments.

Drew says that is what an opportunist, but that is not what he would do. 

Sheamus makes his way to the ring.

Sheamus congratulates Edge on his win.  Edge should be happy and flattered, but Sheamus is not happy.  Who are you to question anything about this man?  He steered this company through uncharted waters while you were on your arse with a triceps injury.  I have been this man’s friend for half his life.  Drew may want to take the high road, but I don’t.

Drew thanks Sheamus for the enthusiasm but he has it.  Drew asks Edge if he is going to make his decision or does he have to do it.

Edge says he has been in the game for a long time.  Edge says he is the ultimate opportunist and he will make his decision known.  You have a big target on you.

Sheamus wants to know why Edge is saying what he is saying. Edge says whoever he chooses, he is walking out of Wrestlemania a champion. 

Edge makes his exit as the music hits. Drew raises his WWE Title in the air and looks on. Drew turns back around and Sheamus levels him with a big Brogue Kick. Fans boo Sheamus as he leaves the ring. We get a replay of the kick. Sheamus stands tall on the stage as his music hits up. Drew is down in the ring as we go to commercial.

Backstage:

Back from the break and we get a replay of Sheamus dropping Drew McIntyre with the Brogue Kick. Charly Caruso stops Sheamus backstage and asks what just happened as they have been friends for years. Sheamus is tired of being known as Drew’s friend. Sheamus says Drew is no longer his friend and he wants the WWE Title. Sheamus grabs his bags from Drew Gulak, who is standing nearby, and then walks off as a confused Caruso looks on.

Riddle vs. Bobby Lashley for the United States Championship

We go back to the ring and out comes Riddle. We see how he earned this title shot. WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley is out next with MVP. We get formal ring introductions from Rome. We go back to commercial as Lashley raises the title in the air and they have words.

We are back and Riddle with a forearm as the bell rings but Lashley with forearms to Riddle.  Riddle wtih a forearm and punches followed by kicks.  Lashley with a spinebuster and forearms.  Lashley with a delayed suplex throw.  Riddle with a head scissors to send Lashley over the top rope (and if it was yesterday, Lashley would have been eliminated).  Riddle with a kick and a springboard corkscrew moonsault.  Lashley with a full nelson in the ropes and Lashley refuses to release the hold so the referee calls for the bell.

Winner:  Matt Riddle (by disqualification)

After the match, Lashley reapplies the full nelson on the floor. MVP wants to know why Lashley did what he did.  Lashley grabs Riddle and reapplies the full nelson and he tosses Riddle over the ringside barrier.

– We see how Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles from Charlotte Flair and RAW Women’s Champion Asuka on the Royal Rumble Kickoff pre-show, with the interference from Lacey Evans and WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. Still to come tonight, Flair and Asuka vs. Lana and Naomi vs. Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose with the winners earning a future title shot.

– We see a white Bugatti pull up backstage. Rapper Bad Bunny hops out and makes his way into the venue, looking like he’s ready to fight. We go to commercial.

— Back from the break and we see Riddle waking up at ringside as officials and trainers check on him. He’s confused over what happened. They inform him of what WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley did, and he wants to go fight but they hold him back. Riddle asks what happened. Tom promises a medical update on Riddle to come later.

Backstage:

Randy Orton is in the back and he tells Edge he has to level with him.  He says he didn’t think it was possible that he would return to the ring.  You return to the Royal Rumble and enter at number one and win the match.  Orton congratulates Edge, but there is a problem. I told everyone that Edge wasn’t coming back.  You make me a liar.  I smashed your head through two chairs, I RKOed you six times, I kicked you in the head, and RKOed your wife.  I sent you home to take care of your kids. You are not going to main event Wrestlemania because you looked past me.  Tonight, there will be no mercy, there will be no compassion, and there will be no main event of Wrestlemania.

Backstage:

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods are in the gorilla position and he is going to even the score wtih Retribution.  Kofi says Ali has lost his mind that everything that happened to him in 2019 was going to happen to Ali.  Tonight, you are going to take care of Retribution.

— We go back to the ring and out comes The New Day – Xavier Woods with Kofi Kingston. They hit the ring and chant with fans as we go to commercial.

Xavier Woods vs. Mustafa Ali

Before the match, Mustafa Ali says that Retribution want to welcome Kofi back to Raw.  To celebrate this moment, he invites Kofi to ringside to watch as he tortures and breaks Xavier Woods.

They lock up and Woods runs his forearm across the back of the head.  Ali with a back heel kick and punch.  Ali with a side head lock and Woods with a shoulder tackle and he sends Ali over the top rope to the floor.  Woods goes for a pescado but misses when Ali moves.  Woods sends Ali into the ringside barrier and they return to the ring.  Ali with a swinging neck breaker as Woods re-enters the ring.  Ali punches Woods and then sends Woods into the turnbuckles.  Ali chokes Woods in the corner.

Ali with an Irish whip that sends Woods sternum first into the turnbuckles followed by a neck breaker for a near fall.  Ali with a reverse chin lock.  Woods with an arm drag and back heel kicks.  Woods with punches and chops.  Woods with a head scissors into a side Russian leg sweep.  Woods runs into a boot from Ali and Ali goes for a tornado DDT but Woods pushes him away.  Woods with a clothesline for a near fall when T-Bar breaks up the cover.  Kofi with a splash onto Slapjack off T-Bar.

Ali with a rollup for a near fall but Woods with a roll up for the three count.

Winner:  Xavier Woods

— Bad Bunny and Damian Prist are in the back and they are talking. We go to commercial.

— We are back with a look back at what happened when Sheamus threw away a life long friendship.

Miz TV:

We go back to the ring for another must see edition of MizTV as The Miz makes his way out with his Money In the Bank briefcase. John Morrison is out next. They head to the ring together.

Miz and Morrison hit the ring and take their mics. Miz welcomes us. He says they have a special one for us tonight because the Royal Rumble is over and now we’re on The Road to WrestleMania. They talk about some of the Royal Rumble happenings last night, and say the star of the night had to be international recording star Bad Bunny, who put on a spectacular performance. Morrison goes on about how Bunny’s music inspires people around the world to get up and have a good time. Miz and Morrison then introduce the rapper. His “Booker T” single starts playing as they dance around the ring. Bad Bunny makes his way to the ring.

Bunny enters the ring and doesn’t look impressed by their antics. Miz thanks him for being here and wants to clear the air of any misunderstandings from the Royal Rumble. Miz shows us a replay from Bad Bunny’s Rumble performance with WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, then the backstage segment where Miz and Morrison tried to recruit the rapper to their brand. We also see Miz entering the Rumble Match and stopping to destroy Bunny’s DJ setup. We also see Damian Priest eliminating Miz and Morrison, and Priest looking on as Bunny delivered a top rope dive to both Superstars. Miz says they both did things they regret last night, and two wrongs don’t make a right. Miz believes they can be bigger men about this. He apologizes from the deepest part of his heart.

Bunny accepts the apology. Miz asks if he has anything he wants to say. He doesn’t. Morrison asks if he wants to apologize for costing them their WrestleMania 37 spots. Miz says he heard Bunny wants to become a WWE Superstars. Bunny says that is one of his dreams. Miz goes on about how many WWE Superstars have found success under his guidance, including Daniel Bryan. Morrison says imagine what they could do for Bunny, especially with their Hollywood connections. Miz says they could teach him to become a WWE Superstar but all they want in return is his help in recording an album. Miz and Morrison break out in a horrible song and the crowd starts booing. Bunny says they are… special, but he’s not interested. Miz says first Bunny didn’t apologize and now he’s not interested. Miz gets upset now. They warn Bunny about how dangerous the ring can get. Bunny tells them to relax. The only reason he came here is because a good friend of his wanted to be on MizTV.

The lights go out and music starts up. A spotlight shines on the stage and it’s Priest standing there. Priest makes his way to the ring to a pop now. Priest enters the ring and greets Bunny. Priest drops Miz with a big forearm out of nowhere. He then intimidates Morrison out of the ring on his back. Tom says Priest has come from WWE NXT to RAW. Priest greets Bunny again as RAW goes to commercial with fans cheering them on.

Damian Priest vs. The Miz

Priest with a round kick and a jumping round kick on Miz and Miz goes to the floor.  Priest with a springboard flip dive onto Miz and Morrison on the floor.  Priest gets a near fall.  Priest goes for a belly-to-back suplex but Miz with a rake of the eyes and he sends Priest into the ring post.  Miz with kicks and punches in the corner.  Miz with an Awesome Clothesline.  Miz with a double sledge off the turnbuckels for a near fall.  Miz iwth punches.  Miz chokes Priest in the ropes and hits a splash to the back against the ropes.  

Priest punches Miz and kicks Miz.  Priest with a rolling elbow and a clothesline.  Priest with a running elbow into the corner followed by a Broken Arrow for a near fall.  Priest waits for Miz to get up and Morrison gets on the apron and he distracts Priest and Miz with a kick.  Morrison gets on the apron again and Miz goes for the briefcase but Bunny takes Miz’s picnic basket.  Bad Bunny gives Morrison the case and Bad Bunny hits Morrison with his mic.  Priest with Reckoning for teh three count.

Winner:  Damian Priest

After the match, the music hits as Priest and Bad Bunny celebrate on the ramp. We go to replays as Miz and Morrison seethe in the ring. Priest and Bunny continue celebrating on the stage as Miz and Morrison look on.

– Tom shows us what happened last week on Alexa’s Playground as Alexa Bliss laughed about burning Randy Orton’s face a few weeks back. We also see how Bliss challenged RAW Women’s Champion Asuka last week and did her transformations during the match. Bliss was about to put Asuka away but Orton hit the ring and dropped her with the RKO. Still to come tonight, Bliss vs. her former best friend and tag team partner Nikki Cross. Back to commercial.

Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander vs. Lince Dorado and Gran Metalik for the Raw Tag Team Championships

Benjamin and Dorado start things off and Benjamin with a shoulder tackle.  Benjamin with a biel to Dorado and Dorado with a kick and he misses a springboard move.  Metalik tags in and he goes for a head scissors off Dorado’s shoudlers but Benjamin blocks it.  Metalik with a head scissors.  Benjamin catches Metalik off the ropes and Benjamin with a slam.  Alexander tags in and clotheslines Metalik to get a near fall.  Metalik with a drop kick and Dorado tags in.  Metalik with a clothesline into the corner and Dorado with a spinning heel kick.  Benjamin punches Metalik but Dorado kicks Benjamin.  Benjamin and Alexander are knocked off the apron by Metalik and Dorado as we go to commercial.

We are bsck and Dorado with punches to Alexander but Alexander with a slam for a near fall.  Benjamin tags in and slams Dorado a few times.  Benjamin gets a near fall.  Dorado with a jaw breaker and a wheelbarrow into a cutter but Benjamin holds on and gets Dorado on his shoulders for a gutbuster.  Benjamnin gets a near fall.  Alexander gets a near fall.  Benjamin tags in and he punches Dorado.  Benjamin blocks a head scissors and Benjamin with knees but Dorado counters into a DDT and both men are down.

Alexander tags in and Dorado with a kick and Metalik tags in and hits a springboard drop kcik.  Metalik with a slingshot arm drag and a kick.  Metalik goes to teh ropes and hits a head scissors.  Dorado with a springcoard splash but Benjamin catches Dorado.  Metalik with a suicide dive onto Benjamin.  Alexander goes for a gutbuster on Metalik but Metalik with a rollup for a near fall.  Metalik with a wraparound bulldog and Dorado tags in and so does Metalik.  Dorado wit a splash and Metalik with a springboard senton but Benjamin breaks up the cover.  Dorado kicks Benjamin but Benjamin with a jumping knee to Dorado.  Alexander with a knee to Metalik. Benjamin tags in and he hits Paydirt for the three count.

— We take a look back at the Women’s Tag Title match from the Kickoff Show at Royal Rumble.

Backstage:

Asuka and Charlotte Flair stand in the Gorilla Position and Sarah stops by to ask them about what happened last night.  Charlotte says Lacey knows what will happen when they step in the ring together.  Lacey has not fooled me.  She apologizes for what happened last night.  Asuka says she is not happy they lost.  Asuka says she was ready.  if it wasn’t for the distraction of Charlotte’s Father and that woman… Charlotte says the only thing on her mind is winning the titles back. We go to commercial.

Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose vs. Asuka and Charlotte Flair vs. Lana and Naomi in a Number One Contender Match

We are back and Lana says Nia and Shayna took her out of the most important match of her life and she will get those tag titles.  Naomi says she knows what it is like to watch from the sidelines and she will help Lana.

Flair and Naomi start things off and Charlotte with a shoulder tackle and Naomi with a head scissors take down.  Both women go for drop kicks and they have a standoff while we see Nia and Shayna watching from the back.

Mandy tags in and so does Asuka.  Mandy and Asuka with drop kick and Asuka with a rollup for a near fall.  Lana and Dana tag in and lana misses some kicks and gets a near fall with a rollup.  Dana with an Irish whip and elbow into the corner.  Mandy gets a near fall.  Asuka with forearms to Mandy and misses a kick.  Mandy with a clothesline and she knocks Naomi off the apron.  Mandy with a drop kick and we go to commercial.

We are back and Dana goes for an elbow into the corner but Charlotte with a boot and she gets a near fall.  Charlotte drives Dana’s head into the mat and then sends her to the mat with a head scissors take down.  Mandy tags in and Irish whip s Charlotte and Charlotte goes to teh apron.  Charlotte with a rollup for a near fall.  Charlotte misses a forearm in the corner and Mandy with forearms.  Dana tags in and hits a round off splash for a near fall.  Dana with forearms and chops.

Charlotte kicks Dana away and Dana with forearms.  Mandy tags in and they go for a double suplex and Charlotte lands on her feet and tags in Asuka.  Charlotte with a double clothesline followed by a hip attack on Mandy.  Asuka with a hip attack and German suplex.  Asuka with a Shining Wizard for a near fall.  Asuka goes up top and hits a missile drop kick and Lana tags in and so does Charlotte.  Charlotte with a clothesline to Lana and a punch to Naomi.  Charlotte gets a near fall.  Charlotte with another near fall.  Charlotte sets for a power bomb but Lana counters with a rana and Naomi tags in.

Naomi with a flying clothesline and a back elbow followed by a sit out jaw breaker.  Naomi with forearms to Charlotte and a springboard round kick for a near fall.  Lana tags in and she hits a double knee strike to the back.  Lana with a forearm and Charlotte with a boot to the head.  Charlotte goes for the figure four but Lana escapes.  mandy with a knee to Charlotte.  Naomi with a kick.  Dana with a neck breaker.  Asuka with a hip attack and Charlotte with Natural Selection.

Ric Flair’s music plays and he comes out to the stage wtih his paramour as Charlotte tags in Asuka. Naomi with Rear View on a distracted Asuka for the three count.

Miz says they both did things they regret last night, and two wrongs don’t make a right. Miz believes they can be bigger men about this. He apologizes from the deepest part of his heart.

Bunny accepts the apology. Miz asks if he has anything he wants to say. He doesn’t. Morrison asks if he wants to apologize for costing them their WrestleMania 37 spots. Miz says he heard Bunny wants to become a WWE Superstars. Bunny says that is one of his dreams. Miz goes on about how many WWE Superstars have found success under his guidance, including Daniel Bryan. Morrison says imagine what they could do for Bunny, especially with their Hollywood connections. Miz says they could teach him to become a WWE Superstar but all they want in return is his help in recording an album. Miz and Morrison break out in a horrible song and the crowd starts booing. Bunny says they are… special, but he’s not interested. Miz says first Bunny didn’t apologize and now he’s not interested. Miz gets upset now. They warn Bunny about how dangerous the ring can get. Bunny tells them to relax. The only reason he came here is because a good friend of his wanted to be on MizTV.

The lights go out and music starts up. A spotlight shines on the stage and it’s Priest standing there. Priest makes his way to the ring to a pop now. Priest enters the ring and greets Bunny. Priest drops Miz with a big forearm out of nowhere. He then intimidates Morrison out of the ring on his back. Tom says Priest has come from WWE NXT to RAW. Priest greets Bunny again as RAW goes to commercial with fans cheering them on.

Damian Priest vs. The Miz

Priest with a round kick and a jumping round kick on Miz and Miz goes to the floor.  Priest with a springboard flip dive onto Miz and Morrison on the floor.  Priest gets a near fall.  Priest goes for a belly-to-back suplex but Miz with a rake of the eyes and he sends Priest into the ring post.  Miz with kicks and punches in the corner.  Miz with an Awesome Clothesline.  Miz with a double sledge off the turnbuckels for a near fall.  Miz iwth punches.  Miz chokes Priest in the ropes and hits a splash to the back against the ropes.  

Priest punches Miz and kicks Miz.  Priest with a rolling elbow and a clothesline.  Priest with a running elbow into the corner followed by a Broken Arrow for a near fall.  Priest waits for Miz to get up and Morrison gets on the apron and he distracts Priest and Miz with a kick.  Morrison gets on the apron again and Miz goes for the briefcase but Bunny takes Miz’s picnic basket.  Bad Bunny gives Morrison the case and Bad Bunny hits Morrison with his mic.  Priest with Reckoning for teh three count.

Winner:  Damian Priest

After the match, the music hits as Priest and Bad Bunny celebrate on the ramp. We go to replays as Miz and Morrison seethe in the ring. Priest and Bunny continue celebrating on the stage as Miz and Morrison look on.

– Tom shows us what happened last week on Alexa’s Playground as Alexa Bliss laughed about burning Randy Orton’s face a few weeks back. We also see how Bliss challenged RAW Women’s Champion Asuka last week and did her transformations during the match. Bliss was about to put Asuka away but Orton hit the ring and dropped her with the RKO. Still to come tonight, Bliss vs. her former best friend and tag team partner Nikki Cross. Back to commercial.

Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander vs. Lince Dorado and Gran Metalik for the Raw Tag Team Championships

Benjamin and Dorado start things off and Benjamin with a shoulder tackle.  Benjamin with a biel to Dorado and Dorado with a kick and he misses a springboard move.  Metalik tags in and he goes for a head scissors off Dorado’s shoudlers but Benjamin blocks it.  Metalik with a head scissors.  Benjamin catches Metalik off the ropes and Benjamin with a slam.  Alexander tags in and clotheslines Metalik to get a near fall.  Metalik with a drop kick and Dorado tags in.  Metalik with a clothesline into the corner and Dorado with a spinning heel kick.  Benjamin punches Metalik but Dorado kicks Benjamin.  Benjamin and Alexander are knocked off the apron by Metalik and Dorado as we go to commercial.

We are bsck and Dorado with punches to Alexander but Alexander with a slam for a near fall.  Benjamin tags in and slams Dorado a few times.  Benjamin gets a near fall.  Dorado with a jaw breaker and a wheelbarrow into a cutter but Benjamin holds on and gets Dorado on his shoulders for a gutbuster.  Benjamnin gets a near fall.  Alexander gets a near fall.  Benjamin tags in and he punches Dorado.  Benjamin blocks a head scissors and Benjamin with knees but Dorado counters into a DDT and both men are down.

Alexander tags in and Dorado with a kick and Metalik tags in and hits a springboard drop kcik.  Metalik with a slingshot arm drag and a kick.  Metalik goes to teh ropes and hits a head scissors.  Dorado with a springcoard splash but Benjamin catches Dorado.  Metalik with a suicide dive onto Benjamin.  Alexander goes for a gutbuster on Metalik but Metalik with a rollup for a near fall.  Metalik with a wraparound bulldog and Dorado tags in and so does Metalik.  Dorado wit a splash and Metalik with a springboard senton but Benjamin breaks up the cover.  Dorado kicks Benjamin but Benjamin with a jumping knee to Dorado.  Alexander with a knee to Metalik. Benjamin tags in and he hits Paydirt for the three count.

— We take a look back at the Women’s Tag Title match from the Kickoff Show at Royal Rumble.

Backstage:

Asuka and Charlotte Flair stand in the Gorilla Position and Sarah stops by to ask them about what happened last night.  Charlotte says Lacey knows what will happen when they step in the ring together.  Lacey has not fooled me.  She apologizes for what happened last night.  Asuka says she is not happy they lost.  Asuka says she was ready.  if it wasn’t for the distraction of Charlotte’s Father and that woman… Charlotte says the only thing on her mind is winning the titles back. We go to commercial.

Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose vs. Asuka and Charlotte Flair vs. Lana and Naomi in a Number One Contender Match

We are back and Lana says Nia and Shayna took her out of the most important match of her life and she will get those tag titles.  Naomi says she knows what it is like to watch from the sidelines and she will help Lana.

Flair and Naomi start things off and Charlotte with a shoulder tackle and Naomi with a head scissors take down.  Both women go for drop kicks and they have a standoff while we see Nia and Shayna watching from the back.

Mandy tags in and so does Asuka.  Mandy and Asuka with drop kick and Asuka with a rollup for a near fall.  Lana and Dana tag in and lana misses some kicks and gets a near fall with a rollup.  Dana with an Irish whip and elbow into the corner.  Mandy gets a near fall.  Asuka with forearms to Mandy and misses a kick.  Mandy with a clothesline and she knocks Naomi off the apron.  Mandy with a drop kick and we go to commercial.

We are back and Dana goes for an elbow into the corner but Charlotte with a boot and she gets a near fall.  Charlotte drives Dana’s head into the mat and then sends her to the mat with a head scissors take down.  Mandy tags in and Irish whip s Charlotte and Charlotte goes to teh apron.  Charlotte with a rollup for a near fall.  Charlotte misses a forearm in the corner and Mandy with forearms.  Dana tags in and hits a round off splash for a near fall.  Dana with forearms and chops.

Charlotte kicks Dana away and Dana with forearms.  Mandy tags in and they go for a double suplex and Charlotte lands on her feet and tags in Asuka.  Charlotte with a double clothesline followed by a hip attack on Mandy.  Asuka with a hip attack and German suplex.  Asuka with a Shining Wizard for a near fall.  Asuka goes up top and hits a missile drop kick and Lana tags in and so does Charlotte.  Charlotte with a clothesline to Lana and a punch to Naomi.  Charlotte gets a near fall.  Charlotte with another near fall.  Charlotte sets for a power bomb but Lana counters with a rana and Naomi tags in.

Naomi with a flying clothesline and a back elbow followed by a sit out jaw breaker.  Naomi with forearms to Charlotte and a springboard round kick for a near fall.  Lana tags in and she hits a double knee strike to the back.  Lana with a forearm and Charlotte with a boot to the head.  Charlotte goes for the figure four but Lana escapes.  mandy with a knee to Charlotte.  Naomi with a kick.  Dana with a neck breaker.  Asuka with a hip attack and Charlotte with Natural Selection.

Ric Flair’s music plays and he comes out to the stage wtih his paramour as Charlotte tags in Asuka. Naomi with Rear View on a distracted Asuka for the three count.

Winners and New #1 Contenders:  Lana and Naomi

— Drew McIntyre paces in the ring in the back as we go to commercial. 

Backstage:

We are back and Charly Caruso is with Drew McIntyre in the back. She asks him about what happened with Edge at the Royal Rumble and Sheamus’ attack earlier tonight. Drew says it would be an honor to face Edge at Wrestlemania.  Regarding Sheamus… families fight all the time.  We have fought many times, but this is different.  I don’t know what to say.  If you are willing to throw away our 20 year friendship with the ups and downs and spending holidays together over this, so be it.  If you want the match, you’ve got it.

— We have a Carlito video package.

Jaxson Ryker and Elias vs. Jeff Hardy and Carlito

Carlito and Elias start things off and they lock up.  Elias backs Carlito into teh corner and Elias with a wrist lock.  Carlito with a back elbow and wrist lock.  Carlito with a snap mare and he gets a near fall.  Carlito with a wrist lock and he tags in Hardy.  Hardy with a forearm off the turnbuckles.  Ryker tags in and Hardy with a reverse atomic drop and leg drop followed by a drop kick and splash for a near fall.  Hardy with an arm bar.   Elias tags in and he works on the arm but Hardy with a wrist lock.  Hardy misses a short arm clothesline and Ryker distracts Hardy and Elias hits Hardy from behind.  Elias kicks Hardy and sends Hardy into the corner.  Ryker tags in.

Ryker sends Hardy into the turnbuckles and he gets a near fall.  Ryker with a suplex for a near fall.  Elias with a back elbow and he chokes Hardy in the ropes.  Elias knocks Carlito down on the apron and Ryker tags in.  Ryker with a shoulder and Elias with a sit out side choke slam for a near fall.  Ryker tags in and he misses a diving head butt from the turnbuckles.  Ryker grabs the leg and Hardy with a mule kick and Carlito tags in.  Carlito with a clothesline and back elbow followed by a kick and running knee lift.  Carlito with a drop kick.  Ryker sends Carlito face first into the mat and Elias tags in.  Elias misses a clothesline and Carlito punches Ryker.  

Elias with a roluop on Carlito.  Carlito lands on his feet on a belly-to-back suplex attempt.  Carlito with a lungblower and Hardy tags in and Hardy wtth a swanton while Carlito takes care of Ryker.  Hardy gets the three count.

Winners:  Carlito and Jeff Hardy

After the match, Carlito and Hardy stand tall as the music hits. They embrace as fans cheer them on and we go to replays. Hardy and Elias continue their celebration as the heels recover.

Backstage:

Edge says on one hand he is ecstatic because he won the Royal Rumble.  He came back from the torn tricep to outlast 29 men.  There is always this black cloud that hangs over my head and my family’s head.  That black cloud is Randy Orton.  You see, Randy.  Last night in the Royal Rumble, you had the chance to go bell to bell, like I did, but you didn’t.  You had a knee injury.  You tried to come back.  You say it is about love because you love my family.  Stop that BS.  It is because you are jealous of who I am.  I was in there for an hour and you were in there for eight minutes.  I have to put you in the rear view mirror so I can walk into the main event of Wrestlemania to take back a title I never lost.  Tonight, I get closure for my little girls why I couldn’t carry them or play soccer with them.  Tonight, this ends.  It ends tonight.

— Alexa Bliss makes her way to the ring as we go to commercial.

— Back from the break, Edge walks in the back and he sees Damian Priest.  He shakes his hand and says he is looking forward to working with him.

Alexa Bliss vs. Nikki Cross

Nikki misses a clothesline when Alexa moves.  Nikki wants to know what Alexa wants from her.  Nikki asks Alexa if she wants to fight so let’s go.  They lock up and Nikki with a side head lock and take down.  Alexa with a head scissors and Nikki escapes.  Alexa poses and Nikki grabs Alexa and sends her into the turnbuckles.  Nikki with head butts and a cross body for a near fall.  Alexa smiles at Nikki and Nikki sends Alexa into the turnbuckles.  Nikki with a head butt to the midsection.  Nikki with a suplex for a near fall.  

Alexa with a jaw breaker and punches.  Alexa celebrates her actions and gets a near fall.  Alexa stands on Nikki’s back and stomps on the head.  Alexa with a kick and she slams Nikki’s head into the mat.  Alexa with a hopscotch kick to the midsection and she gets a near fall.  Alexa with a body scissors.  Nikki with an elbow and Alexa sets for Sister Abigail but Nikki escapes and hits a neck breaker and knee drop.  Nikki kicks Alexa in the corner and . . . 

Alexa’s music plays and she turns back into Nikki’s Friend Alexa.  Alexa tells Nikki it is her and Nikki with a kick to the midsection and a short arm clothesline.  Nikki with an Irish wip and splash.  

The Firefly Fun House music plays and Alexa is back to third grade.  Alexa with a clothesline and then with Sister Abigail for the three count.

Winner:  Alexa Bliss

After the match, as Alexa goes up the ramp, Randy Orton’s music plays and he walks past Alexa as he makes his way to the ring for his match against Edge. But first… We go to commercial.

Randy Orton vs. Edge

Edge punches Orton and kicks him as the bell rings and gets a near fall.  Edge goes for the AntiVenom and Orton blocks it.  Orton sends Edge to the mat.  Orton with a European uppercut and kicks.  Orton chokes Edge in the corner.  Orton punches Edge.  Orton runs the laces of his boot across the face.  Edge punches Orton and Orton with a kick and European uppercut.  Orton chokes Edge in the ropes.  Edge with an Edge-Cution for a near fall.   Edge sets for a spear but Orton with a power slam.  Orton sends Edge shoulder first into the ring post and Edge falls to the floor.   Orton follows Edge to the floor and Orton Irish whips Edge into the ring steps.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Orton with European uppercuts while Edge flails around the ring.  Orton with a boot to the midsection.  Orton punches Edge in the corner.  Orton with more punches and kicks but Edge with a clothesline and both men are down. Edge gets a near fall.  Orton punches Edge on the turnbuckles.  Orton sets for a superplex and Edge blocks it.  Edge punches Orton in the knee and sends Orton to the mat with forearms.  Orton with a punch to Edge and Orton returns to attempt a superplex.  Edge with punches and a head butt followed by another punch to send Orton to the mat.  Edge with a clothesline off the turnbuckles.  

Edge gets a near fall.  Edge with an Edge-O-Matic for a near fall.  Orton goes tot he apron and Edge is in the ropes on the other side of the ring.  Edge with a running shoulder to the back and Orton is knocked off the apron into the ringside barrier. Edge goes to the floor and brings Orton back into the ring and Orton rolls out of the ring to the floor.  Orton with a thumb to the eye and Orton with a backdrop driver onto the announce table.  Orton rolls Edge back into the ring and Orton gets back in.  

Orton catapults Edge’s throat into the bottom rope.  Orton sets for an IEDDT and hits it.  Orton looks around and he twists to the mat to set for the RKO.  Orton punches the mat but music plays and Alexa Bliss appears on the turnbuckles and she has some black sauce coming out of her mouth.  Orton turns around into a spear for the three count!

Winner:  Edge

There is no much time for celebration as we quickly go to credits!
