WWE 205 Live Results – February 19, 2021 – Vic Joseph and Nigel McGuinness welcome us to another edition of 205 Live. We kick things off with a massive eight-man tag team match!
Bolly-Rise vs. Mansoor, Curt Stallion, Jake Atlas & Ashante “Thee” Adonis
Mansoor and Matt Martel kick things off. Martel throws Mansoor face-first into the corner and decks him with a couple of rights before tagging Chase Parker in. Ever-Rise with a double suplex on Mansoor keeps the momentum on their side before another tag out to Samir Singh. Ashante Adonis gets tagged in by Mansoor. The Bollywood Boyz come together with a double elbow on Thee. A quick tag is made to Martel. Jake Atlas blindly takes himself in off the back of Adonis. Atlas bounces around with a Lucha Libre-style arm drag.
Curt Stallion makes his way in. Parker is back in and gets caught by Stallion. Stallion pushes the rest of Bolly-Rise off the apron. The Bollywood Boyz pay dividends with a takedown on the new tagged-in opponent, Adonis. The referee did not see this interference. Sunil Singh is in with a textbook suplex on Adonis. He goes for a cover. Adonis stays alive with a kick out at two. Sunil tags in Sunil. Sunil quickly comes in with a series of corner stomps on Adonis before making another quick tag to Martel.
Ever-Rise throws Adonis off his game with a nice elbow drop. Samir makes his way back in with a high elbow off the top, catching Adonis near the jaw. Jake Atlas comes in and cleans house. He sends Ever-Rise out of the ring with a head scissors combination. Atlas and Stallion clash on the outside. Martel slides back into the ring. He throws Mansoor on the top rope. The Bollywood Boyz come together again with a superplex/ high elbow combination from off the top rope! All of a sudden, chaos unfolds as all four men brawl in and out of the ring. Stallion and Sunil conclude the match. Stallion knocks Sunil out with a heavy headbutt for the pinfall victory.
Winners: Curt Stallion Mansoor, Jake Atlas & Ashante “Thee” Adonis
– Before their main event match, we see a clip of August Grey calling out Ariya Daivari. During his promo, Daivari and Tony Nese ambush the newcomer with a blindside attack.
– We look back at the messages that were exchanged between Santos Escobar and Karrion Kross. They will meet for a non-title match next week on NXT.
And now, the main event!
August Grey vs. Ariya Daivari (w/Tony Nese)
Tony Nese joins Vic Joseph and Nigel McGuinness on commentary. Ariya Daivari begins the match with full control. He rocks August Grey’s world with a series of forearms. Grey turns the tables around with a heavy right and a crossbody off the top rope. Grey looks for the first cover in the match. Daivari kicks out at two. August plants an impressive neckbreaker. Daivari finds his footing again by locking in a tight sleeper. Grey backs Daivari into the corner to create some space. Daivari rushes towards Grey with a uranage. Grey ducks the line with a superkick to the jaw. Grey tries to put Daivari away with a brainbuster, but Daivari kicks out again. Daivari makes his way out of the ring. Grey doesn’t give him any time to recoup; he comes crashing through the ropes with a nice dive. Tony Nese distracts Grey with Daivari’s gold chain. Daivari sends Grey away with a hammerlock lariat for the pinfall victory.
