Bianca Belair Chooses Sasha Banks As WrestleMania Opponent

The decision has been made as Bianca Belair chooses Sasha Banks as WrestleMania opponent for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Coming out tonight on Smackdown with the intent to make her decision, Royal Rumble winner Bianca Belair was instead interrupted by both Reginald and Sasha Banks in the process. Reginald came out to commend Belair for partnering with Banks last week in a tag team match, but told her that if she were to face off against Banks, it would go horribly. “You are special and we are all in awe because you are living your dream,” says Reginald. “But I know deep in my heart that if you decide to face Sasha Banks at WrestleMania then that dream will dissolve quickly into a horrible nightmare.”

From there, Banks made her way out, chiding Reginald for speaking for her before openly challenging her to be her opponent at WrestleMania. Banks said that if Belair truly wants to be in the conversation as the best, she’ll pick Banks because that’s what she is right now. Finally fed up with the talking, Belair said that she’ll make Banks eat her words, and prove at WrestleMania that she is the strongest, greatest, fastest, and all-around best by beating her for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship.

WrestleMania 37 will take place on Saturday, April 10 and Sunday, April 11 from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. There’s no word yet on what night Belair vs. Banks will happen, but we will keep you updated.
