Ric Flair noted on his Facebook account that he is on his way to tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw in Tampa, Florida. It was first reported last week that Flair will be a recurring character on the show.
Last week on Raw, Flair officially turned on his daughter Charlotte Flair and joined with Lacey Evans. The storyline is that Flair turned because he feels underappreciated by his daughter. There appears to be a renewed effort to push Evans and that storyline will continue on tonight’s show.
Announced so far for tonight’s show:
– Alexa Bliss will face Raw Women’s Champion Asuka in a non-title match.
– Randy Orton will address the fireball attack suffered at the hands of Bliss last week.
– Charlotte Flair reacts to her father aligning with Evans
– The hype continues for the 2021 Royal Rumble PPV
WWE has not announced any other happenings for tonight’s show, but we know that WWE Champion Drew McIntyre will not be appearing live in person due to his COVID-19 diagnosis. There’s no word on when WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg will appear again to promote the Royal Rumble match with McIntyre.
