Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke have been pulled from the Women’s Team RAW at WWE Survivor Series.
This week’s RAW episode opened with a six-woman tag team match. Asuka, Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke faced Lana, Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax. Other than Asuka, everyone in the match is a member of Team RAW for WWE Survivor Series. Baszler controlled the match early on, and she brutally stomped on Rose’s arm while Jax held it on the steel steps.
Later, Asuka rallied and rocked Baszler with a kick. A distraction from Jax helped Baszler gained the upper hand, but Lana tagged in when Baszler locked in the Kirifuda Clutch. Asuka then made Lana tap out to her signature submission hold. After the match, Baszler tossed Lana out of the ring, and Jax welcomed Lana to Team RAW. She then then slammed Lana through the broadcast table yet again.
After the match, Reckoning of Retribution brutally attacked Dana Brooke in a backstage segment. Reckoning has been targeting Asuka in recent weeks, so this assault may have been an attempt to send a message to the WWE RAW Women’s Champion. It was later confirmed that both Brooke and Rose are out of Survivor Series.
Later in the night, WWE official Adam Pearce announced that Lacey Evans and Peyton Royce will replace the injured competitors. Now, Team RAW consists of Royce, Evans, Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler and Lana. Meanwhile, Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott have qualified for Team SmackDown, which still has two spots to fill.
