R-Truth has won the WWE 24/7 Championship for the 43rd time, but the news is that the title changes hands 10 times in less than 5 minutes.
This week on WWE RAW, then-champion Drew Gulak approached The Hurt Business, but the group beat him up because he was wearing a clip-on tie. After the assault, Truth found Gulak’s wounded body, and feigned concern. Truth proceeded to pin Gulak to win the title once again. The two men have traded the title back and forth in recent months.
Later in the show, Truth lost the WWE 24/7 Championship when he defended it in a seven-way match with Akira Tozawa, Erik, Drew Gulak, Tucker, Gran Metalik, and Lince Dorado. During the match, every participant scored at least one pin, but Truth emerged victorious, so he retained the title. The title changes occured as follows:
- Tozawa def. Truth
- Erik def. Tozawa
- Gulak def. Erik
- Tucker def. Gulak
- Gulak def. Tucker
- Tucker def. Gulak
- Metalik def. Tucker
- Dorado def. Metalik
- Truth def. Dorado
